These young people have the same courage and fortitude to stand up and die for what they believe as we, the older generations would. Like it or not. No amount of force by the police, Congress or military is going to silent them. The fact that physical force is being used to stifle their voices, when in fact, they were, in the beginning, trying to protest without any physical violence, is an indication that America, by and large, has lost the trust and respect of these future leaders, and there are consequences. Regardless of their political views or ethnicity, I care about our college students. and I don't want to see them get hurt or killed. I don't care who has a problem with that.
You can’t start a protest off by basically shutting down the campus. Everyone complaining about how police are handling these protests has to understand that these students are impeding other students getting to classes, essentially shutting the campus down. That can’t be allowed. My generation (Gen Z) are making complete fools out of themselves because they are standing up and protesting for causes they don’t even understand. Who in their right mind would protest for Palestine, who has aided and abetted terrorism for almost 20 years, and supported all of Hamas’ attacks and calls for the destruction of Israel? This is not a peaceful protest. One, two different sides have begun fighting each other during these protests. That is not peaceful. Two, people do not have a constitutional right to barricade themselves in buildings they do not own.

Its okay i get that you all are probably jealous that you didnt do anything meaningful in college but these students have rights just as well as everyone else. if an abortion protest is allowed to be directly outside of the clinic screaming at every woman going in, then a student should be able to protest the shittiness of their own institution. Better than the lot of everyone sitting on their asses talking about how everyone ELSE doesnt get it.
I can get behind people trying to protest war and murder of innocent people but these people are not doing that. I'd like to know who's funding these protests. I can guarantee you that it's a hateful group that is trying to start a civil war. These students are not doing this on their own and they are spewing out hate and they are going to get violent. If you're mad about what the Israel government is doing then I get it. But if you're going after Jewish people that have no say in the war and are just innocent people then you need to get out of this country.
