Because the ICC doesn’t have a high system to petition, but the ICC didn’t do a fair due process. When was the last time you seen a court mention its finding on live footage before submission of paper. These judges are a joke and thank God we (The US) can do something about it. Shame on the ICC. I am not Israeli or Jewish and I know this is completely wrong. Netanyahu has committed awful crimes, but not in this war he warned the world that they will do what it takes and he said there will be no refuge for Hamas, he warned, but Hamas stood in residential areas anyways. People need to look up the word War and the legal rules of war.

I'm not French but to be fair, France has a fairly decent track record of following international law in recent years. They were the strongest opponents to the US invasion of Iraq and Afghanistan.

It's been 7 months of documented and viewed by millions worth of horrific acts by the IDF. The IDF's claimed "ratio" is so manifestly untrue, it's embarassing.
Take a look at Hamas' October 7th civilian-to-combatant ratio. We'll continue to assume that there was no friendly fire, and we won't include the legally-armed civilians.
I am not surprised that nobody mentions this ratio. Nor that Hamas developed and ratified a charter over the course of 2012-15 where they lay out plainly what they have said since 2000: they accept a two state solution.
One Hamas leader went on about how they would do "October 7th" over and over again, but leave out the preface: If we do not receive some justice after years wasted jumping through Israeli hoops, this is what will happen.

France and Germany should not agree with ICC about arresting Netanyahu. Don’t they understand Hamas and Hezbollah use Palestinian civilians as human shields for their attacks upon Israel.
