Seeing your dad and how calm he is it's easy to see where you get your disposition. You're always calm and jovial and basically the spitting image of your father. He's funny because he doesn't take himself seriously. It's really wonderful that nothing can be built on the land near yours because that ensures that that Lake will remain pristine and beautiful for decades to come.
Also videos of cleaning up the grounds or whatever are fun to watch too. You're right it doesn't always have to be restoring something or antiquing. Seeing before/afters and progress of yard clean up is very satisfying to watch. Also motivating to viewers.

The farmers are getting their trees sorted now, as the sap will be rising soon, and trees are easier to work beforr then. It' also fits in with the sowing , lambing etc, as Spring is just around the corner, and obviously that is a very busy time. They take advantage of the spell of fine weather - nobody likes working in the mud! Great to see you helping your Dad out, learning the business from him. Question him! I bet he's a fount of knowledge.
