The most incredible thing about these videos is that our man here doesn’t use an editing suite to speed up his work. He’s just powered by the Speed Force and knocks off 3-4 lawns per hour like this. It’s really impressive to watch in person!

Small town generally dont have the funds to take care of properties like this. Here in Iowa the small towns have been loosing people for decades and are full of places like these. The owners can sell them cause no one wants to buy in these towns especially places that will require tens of thousands of dollars to make them livable.
Damn! They can't sell because nobody wants to live in a small town? I'd love to have a little house in any little town in the USA!

Question: what do you do with all the clippings? I don’t see a dump truck on the street and you don’t seem to create any piles on the properties. Where does it all go?

i’m guessing he has a truck/trailer that he holds his tools in, for example his lawn mower, weed wacker, etc. so it would make sense that he puts the clippings into trash bags and stores them there

What a difference. I hope you were able to get back and do the other property. It always amazes me when I see yards like this. You would think the neighbors would work together to help keep their neighborhood looking nice. One bad apple spoils the basket. Vermin running around would be a concern for the children and pets in the area. Nice job. Got a little dizzy with the speed of the video.

They’re owned. The only way they could take them is if the owner owed money on it still and didn’t pay it, then they could foreclose is. But they can’t just take it and resell it just cuz the owner lives somewhere else and doesn’t come to visit

Great job Spencer! People of this city, you need to start a letter campaign and go to your city council meetings to get these properties taken care of. Where I live you will never see this, the city has a special division (called The Clean City Division) that actively goes out and targets these homes, businesses too, for clean up. They bill the owners and if needed condemn the property, take ownership, then resell it to a caring owner.
But then he won't have any yards to clean up
