I think it works how it should be. It is only making the awaiting eruptions stronger, not any eruption. C'thun is growing "wherever it is". C'thun is more omnipresent while eruptions are more local occurrences.
For some reason I'm getting the feeling Roffle isnt having as much fun in the game as he used to. I dont recall him having that many complaints about decks, but almost every video now features him complaining about decks. Almost like standard is as bad as wild now lol
2:47 Marin doesn't actually give you more time before fatigue if you play the cards he gives - wand and goblet draw 4 between them and marin only shuffles 3. If you use the kobold to replace them with non-draw cards it works, though - and obviously crown, goblet, and kobold MASSIVELY increase your total resources to beat your opponent before running out of cards.

Yeah I don't think making one legendary slightly better on the occasions it's not played from hand is really crucial to the meta.
