    Dude, you have no idea what peated whisky is and that it’s not indicative of all Scotch? Peated whisky is an aquifer taste and Ardbeg is among the most intense . Maybe start with a Talisker and then move onto a Port Charlotte 10….or perhaps just stick with your sugary pre mix cans that it sounds like you would be suited to

      I tried it straight with three friends it was the worst thing ever just burnt plastic scotch is shit

      .
      Work your way up with lightly peated whiskies and one day maybe years from now it will click and it’ll be addictive
      Try Deanston 12 that’s got super light peat , then port charlotte 10

      @@jeremyg79745 last thing you do realise not all scotch is peated right? Those elements you said you hate are because of the peat.
      Go get a Deanston 12, I think you will enjoy it
