At the time of making that nothing, straight in as I was waiting for an cable to arrive. But now I've got a Smallrig protective case that's got a hot shoe for mounting my Rode VideoMicro Mic plus a TRS to usb C cable. Mic has dead cat on it so hopefully going forward now sound will be much better...wind noise wise.

@stormcabbirds I'll eventually get wireless mics for my Action 4 too BUT want new camera gear first.
