I had a problem in my unit of i5 13450hx. My unit was heating extensively. And i thought it might be an issue with the motherboard as everyone was saying. I went to the service team and they made me sign a form. After 2 days I got a call from the service team for replacement. I got a brand new laptop. They even transferred my data to the new laptop and formatted ssd three times in front of me
They are selling loq rtx 4060 version under 85k ..this shows tht there is big problem in tht laptop.. nobody gives rtx 4060 for 85k..loq only offer good gpu but overall laptop is stupid with average thermals, display and worst motherboard.. Guys never fall for this trap.... always think abt overall laptop not jst gpu..life of laptop is more important than couple of more fps
@@Gateastrologykc I have a loq and thermals is too good as compared to other gaming laptop, my friends have hp victus and tuf a15 both of them have very very bad thermals like if u just play game they heat up to 90-95 degrees ( cpu temperature)
Mine too goes to 83-84 degrees in "God of war" but if I just place something down the laptop to increase its height the temperature drops to 78-79 degrees..and I have seen laptop which goes to 98-100 degrees.. it's nothing compared to those

@@aniketparoji I been using the loq for a month and in quite mode it's battery is somewhat near 3 hours and the gaming performance is great ,I been playing black myth wukong and it works fine , but be aware that there is battery drainage while gaming , is your laptop is 100 percent it will go to 91 and if it is at 85-80 then there is a bit more like around 75 which is my lowest. I asked them for another adaptor but they said it will heat your laptop more if your travelling and such because of more power so I didn't replace mine since I don't game that much. Overall a great laptop and good performance 👍

My loq died today i5 12450hx 3050 6gb Vram, i was playing Assassin creed Valhalla and within 15 min the screen got blank, laptop wasn't charging, called the lenevo service they did some checks through a video call and told that motherboard is dead. Got this on 10th of August, and died on 7th sept.

I buyed lenovo loq i5 13th gen rtx 3050 on 9th of Aug,2024 and the motherboard died on 29th Aug, 2024 while playing rdr 2 keeping the system in balanced mode and gpu in hybrid mode, contacted lenovo customer care and my work id is created for motherboard replacement..I got my motherboard replaced on 2nd of Sept, 2024, and now I m really feeling very scared of playing game on it, I also undervolted the system to reduce the cpu temp while playing as the temp was reaching around 94 deg although my surrounding temp is around 24-26 deg...
I have never used a branded laptop but what i think about the laptop companies. LOQ - Lost trust Asus - shitty Rating on Amazon (on new models) Dell - not budget friendly HP - least talked about in gaming variety Acer - people talking shit in review sections I think i have to stick with me toshiba.
