I studied at Alva's in 2016. Goli bajji and Manglore Buns are staple diet in that region. My friends and I used to have Goli bajji everyday during the break time.

In konkani we call methi dosa as surnoli... We watermelon grind white part which everyone else throw away... That gives a unique flavour to surnoli... It fried only on one side.. it is q thick dosa where batter is not spread.. so 5he pan cakes are thick fluffy with full of holes..
Try taikilo pakoda... Authentic Mangalore snack . Kannadigas usually don't know this leave pokoda.. it is considered weed but in Mangalore it is considered full of nutrients and in mansoon every house fries them to savour with coffee

But I think the previous video on Galli Kitchen has played a part in promoting this honest young man into cinema again.
Shine's honest narration of how he faced the roadblocks really stayed with me as a common viewer. I still remember his interview after one year.
Directors and producers can fing 100s of good looking and skilled actors for the role but honest conscious, polite demeanour and logical decision making is not a common trait we find on all youth.
