Is there an advantage to tearing the edges of your sublimation design edges as to cutting them? Also, remind me what sublimation printer you use, along with paper and ink. THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!
I have the same sublimation printer as you. I can't figure out how to nest my print jobs that are different sizes together. Can you do a video or include that in a video so I can stop wasting so much paper LOL - its a super challenge. Thanks!

Hey there. I typically use all AJ blanks but I had some sublimation shirts from someone else from way before you offered them. They are 70/30 and I had one random one that was 85/15. At 385 for 60 seconds my shirts are scorching. Like BAD!!! I have been playing with time and temp to test all over the ruined shirt and it’s crazy because even at 365 for 45 seconds, it’s still “burning” my shirt and the sub paper is super yellowed after pressing…yours looks like it’s not turning yellow at all and your shirts aren’t scorching or needing the peroxide to get yellow to lift (like those who bleach). I have the f570 as well. It’s brand new but I’m not new to sublimation. I’m about to cry because I ruined the bodysuit that I needed for an order and now it’s too late to get them from you because I need to ship out by Monday. Ugh!!!!

love it! What height and width do you make your sublimation fo your tumblers? Theses are 20oz skinny right?
I have had an issue with exact sizing also. New to tumbler sublimation, sizing pointers would be great detail to know.
For my 20 oz skinny tumblers I make the design between 9.3x8.2 and 9.5x8.337 depending on the design. I also print it landscaped.
@@brittneycoleman2494 depending on what I’m doing I’m right there too. I guess sometime I’m still a little off not most times but sometimes. I’ve made some that were an perfect full wrap and some I’m off. Just trying to cut down on wasting the ink lol. Good to know I’m close!

Doesn't your sleeves on the kids shirts have a permanent press line due to not having the whole sleeve in the press? I'm using aa easypress to avoid this. Am I overthinking it? Love your work...you're an inspiration!

What brand of tape do you use on your shirts? I find the tape i use leaves yellow marks on my shirts.

Got to admit that watching sublimation isn’t terribly interesting to me, especially this much. I’m not crazy about polyester clothing and I think the other printed shirts you did were much better looking. That’s just me and I understand why you like the sublimation but I’m just not a fan. I still can’t find your Etsy shop for the shirts you make.
