Nurgle never really interested me, but then I read the Dark Imperium series by Guy Haley. The portrail of Nurgles greater demons was just so fun to read. Unlike all the other Demons they have happy, upbeat and social personalities. The contrast between their horrific effect on mortals and their fun banter back and forth was really good. I now have a favourite Demon; Bubondibon the Smiler, Happiest of The Plague Guard. Him and Kugath Plaguefather was actually compelling characters in their own rights. Nurgle Cares!

My Brother is starting to get into Warhammer 40k and is extremely interested in the Death Guard and Nurgle. So I cant think of any other source on RUclips that really grasps the narrative and facts of such a "Happy" little group of Disease Lovers such as your vidoes. Amazing Job as always!

To me, you sounded exactly like a studied, scorned mage. The inflections and timbre of your voice very much remind me of the narrator for Darkest Dungeon as well as several official Warhammer works. It was only after the story, and the beginning of the lore about Nurgle that I began to realize I had been entertained by the owner of the channel. I could listen to you telling stories for hours. I wrote an end-game short campaign for my level-20 D&D game group after the PCs killed the BBEG but wanted more, so I transported them into the grim darkness of the far future, where I had planned to have them fight a few pointless battles before going back to their home universe and just retire. But, again, I made the great DM error of underestimating my players. Instead of giving up, they stuck to it and it turned into this second epic where the now god-tier PCs helped revive the Emperor of Mankind, saved the loyalist Primarchs, banished the traitor Primarchs, took control of a Tyranid Hive Tyrant and by extension a massive Tyranid swarm, made an alliance with the Aldari craft worlds, and finally invaded the Warp with a grand alliance consisting of the Imperium, the Craft Worlds, a swarm of Tyranids, and an Ork WAAAGH! that they also convinced via some clever use of 9th-level spells to fight on their side. Finally, for the end-game, they took the artifact that I had given them, a divine blade used to slay the BBEG in the first game, combined with the might of the God Emperor, split the Warp in half, forcing it to settle into a positive and negative duality, where the negative side, still called the Warp, was ruled over by the four Chaos God, while the positive side, named the Rift, was ruled over by a positive pantheon consisting of the God Emperor and the PCs. So yeah, because of my players persistence, we had a non-canon campaign where the PCs "fixed" the 40k universe.
Awesome video as always! Glad you’re getting into the fantasy side. I’ve thought for a long time that 40k and aos/fantasy are connected and that the fantasy side is the far future of 40k. Loads of things kind of point to this. Fun to kinda fill in the blanks too of how it gets there.

One thing i want to see in 40k is the birth of Nurgle tzeetch and khorne like slaanesh created by the eldar and causing the age of strife. Something like the krork devolution into orks cause khorne birth and cause the bronze age collapse or nurgle birth by death of the slann due to rot and plagues spreading from carcass of the old ones causing the black plague and tzeentch created by the iron rebellion resulting in the birth of thousand psykers following the age of strife. You can even have the Emperor reaction toward his archenemy birth across the ages

I don’t understand why they haven’t made a Nurgle movie in some way shape or form. Korne if you want a blood bath like Evil Dead. Or they could both vs. off.

Your introduction in this video had me believing that it was official audio, recorded by a professional. To me, you sounded exactly like a studied, scorned mage. The inflections and timbre of your voice very much remind me of the narrator for Darkest Dungeon as well as several official Warhammer works.
It was only after the story, and the beginning of the lore about Nurgle that I began to realize I had been entertained by the owner of the channel.

Absolutely awesome narration, amazing!
I wrote an end-game short campaign for my level-20 D&D game group after the PCs killed the BBEG but wanted more, so I transported them into the grim darkness of the far future, where I had planned to have them fight a few pointless battles before going back to their home universe and just retire. But, again, I made the great DM error of underestimating my players. Instead of giving up, they stuck to it and it turned into this second epic where the now god-tier PCs helped revive the Emperor of Mankind, saved the loyalist Primarchs, banished the traitor Primarchs, took control of a Tyranid Hive Tyrant and by extension a massive Tyranid swarm, made an alliance with the Aldari craft worlds, and finally invaded the Warp with a grand alliance consisting of the Imperium, the Craft Worlds, a swarm of Tyranids, and an Ork WAAAGH! that they also convinced via some clever use of 9th-level spells to fight on their side. Finally, for the end-game, they took the artifact that I had given them, a divine blade used to slay the BBEG in the first game, combined with the might of the God Emperor, split the Warp in half, forcing it to settle into a positive and negative duality, where the negative side, still called the Warp, was ruled over by the four Chaos God, while the positive side, named the Rift, was ruled over by a positive pantheon consisting of the God Emperor and the PCs. So yeah, because of my players persistence, we had a non-canon campaign where the PCs "fixed" the 40k universe.
Awesome video as always! Glad you’re getting into the fantasy side. I’ve thought for a long time that 40k and aos/fantasy are connected and that the fantasy side is the far future of 40k. Loads of things kind of point to this. Fun to kinda fill in the blanks too of how it gets there.

I also hope to hear your take on Tzeentch, the greatest of the Chaos Gods, in both settings. My cousin and I are soon going to be playing Necromunda for the first time since the 90s. It would be exciting to see someone cover the different gangs and their noble houses as well as the other factions. Time will tell and we'll have to wait and see. I adore your content and you are now firmly placed as my favorite loremaster. I will be happy no matter what subjects you bring as long as you continue to deliver it with the reverence, love, and beautiful style that you have so far. And I have no doubt you will. One thing i want to see in 40k is the birth of Nurgle tzeetch and khorne like slaanesh created by the eldar and causing the age of strife. Something like the krork devolution into orks cause khorne birth and cause the bronze age collapse or nurgle birth by death of the slann due to rot and plagues spreading from carcass of the old ones causing the black plague and tzeentch created by the iron rebellion resulting in the birth of thousand psykers following the age of strife. You can even have the Emperor reaction toward his archenemy birth across the ages

I did not know why I decided to watch this video while eating my breakfast, suffice to say I had a hard time eating.
Everyone wants to think of the 4 as having desires and evil intentions but that not it. They aren’t evil per se… their essence is is just a need that must be quenched. It’s more like food for us. We aren’t evil because we need protein and sugar and salt to survive. But the things we do to ensure a steady supply of those things could certainly be seen as evil..
