"How will i pull out the light out of the holder with screws?"
that is a base holder which has a CLIP ON mechanism, you can easily pull it out for charging and put it back.
it needs batteries or just the usbC cable?

How do you turn it off
there is a mode button on the light itself. Also you can use the mode button the remote control to turn it off after cycling through the modes.
