I'm happy you had a good experience! Solo travel is so good. Sometimes lonely but the first day is the worst and I'm happy you found people to speak with.
Prague, a city of endless wonders! From its stunning architecture to its vibrant culture, Prague offers an unforgettable experience. And for an exceptional stay, look no further than Hotel Rott, situated right in the heart of Prague! 👏
I have a holiday booked in august to Scandinavia and was meant to be going with someone but due to unforeseen circumstances they can’t go. So now it will be my first solo trip. Kind of nervous but watching your vid is a help to know you can go solo and have a great time!
ahh so sorry to hear the other person can't go but it's such an opportunity to solo travel. it's a unique experience but absolutely eye opening and i do not regret going solo at all. i super recommend looking on 'guru walks' for walking tours as this was such a good way to meet other solo-ers and you can casually ask if they want to do something after the tour as well
Prague is 2 hours away from me, I’ve been there too and the city is really nice and beautiful and also big in history, which is what I like and interested in :)
I would love to be able to do this when i'm older. I want to visit places like Japan, Thailand, and France. I'm so glad you had fun!💛 By the way, does anyone have tips for accepting the fact that you're weight restored? I have gotten to a place where i should be happy but there are days when i just hate it. Any thoughts?
japan and thailand are still on my bucket list 🤍 i’ve never left europe (not yet anyway)! i feel the same as you, but i think it gets easier the longer it’s been - about 8 months for me and there are still days i am not happy about the weight restoration but 90% of the time i’m just neutral? i know it’s so hard but i really think time heals all 🥰
prague was my first experience of solo travel and it was the perfect city for it!! i got lucky with meeting some wonderful people in the hostel but my biggest advice for solo travel is meet people on free walking tours and then if you get on with someone well you can make plans together for the rest of the day/evening 🤭 have fun!! i was terrified before i left but these 2 weeks i vlogged were some of the best experiences of my life!! 🥰🥰🫶🏻
When I was younger I travelled a lot more but never completely solo, w family or a group so you're very brave and it looks like you had an amazing time
i know there was a lot i didn’t see, do or eat! it was my first few days ever completely solo so i stuck to things i knew for the most part 🤍 it was also hard to find the veggie recommendations, but if you have some good ones i will definitely go back to prague one day🥰
@@millyisliving unfortunately czechs are meat eaters lol I am old school so I love the traditional food's but if you are vegan the modern restaurants will accommodate you as well
Those chimney cakes are 10 times better by themselves without the load of icecream, trust me
Looks amazing and huge congrats on having the courage and confidence 😊👏x
