Thanks a lot. Received quotes in the $400 neighborhood. Haven't changed plugs in probably 40 years. Watching your video convinced me to set up an appointment to have it done. :)
Thanks man. Your video really helped me. I just bought my 2010 Enclave yesterday I couldn't figure out how I would be able to change those spark plugs without moving the engine. Lol. Now I see to just move the intake manifold. Thank u.
I’m doing my wife’s ‘08 this weekend. I hope it goes good. I have changed struts on the front and rear, outer tie rods, and my breaks. Breaks are easy though. My local mechanic told me to change them myself so it would save me money.
Thank you very much for doing this. I was able to change the plugs and gasket in my 2010 Chevy Traverse. This sure helped a lot and I appreciate you doing it. Saved me some $$$!!!
I guess Im asking the wrong place but does anyone know of a tool to log back into an instagram account? I was dumb forgot the account password. I would appreciate any tips you can give me.
I was thinking the same thing when I saw the Snap-On torque wrench. Maybe he had a mechanic buddy overseeing him???? However, the spark plug socket was missing magnet or rubber boot to hold plug so maybe just borrowed the tools?
Daniel thank you so so much for putting out this detailed video. I was able to change spark plugs and ignition coil on my 2011 Buick enclave cxl with approx 134000 miles. Daniel i would be more happy to talk to you over the phone or exchange email with you if you do not mind. It's hard to put some things in words for the grateful you have shown by putting out this and other video for this vehicle
.043 inch gap on the plugs. They came pre-gapped and he just checked them. I cleaned my 2012 Acadia throttle body and as I recall the check engine light came on for a few cycles and then never came back on. That was about 3 yrs and 15,000 miles ago.
I don't know if it's just GM or what, but they seem to make it harder for the Do-It-Yourself kind of mechanic to work on their vehicles. Spark plugs used to be out in the open. Now you have to take off the intake manifold? I was going to replace the fuel filter and transmission fluid filter, but I couldn't because the fuel filter is integrated with the fuel pump and the transmission filter is buried deep in the transmission and only replaced during a full service. Ridiculous. But thanks for posting the video!
Yeah these companies know exactly what they are doing. They don’t want us fixing our own stuff. They want us to take it to the dealer. I feel sorry for mechanics that have to work on these modern vehicles. It is so expensive these days because of how long it takes to do stuff.
Hey I replaced my spark plugs on my 2010 Buick enclave and now its showing 2 misfires and it wasnt showing no misfire before I replaced them. What should I do?
U can youtube how to reset it. Its really easy. I found that it will not work if your chk engine light is on. If it was previously on this may be the reason for the need to reset.
sup homie here's the link taht shows wher's the camshaft sensor hopefully will work for you. Thanks www.justanswer.com/buick/4w248-buick-enclave-cxl-replace-crankshaft-sensor.html
Richard Longoria thanks for you comment, just go to AutoZone auto parts and ask them for the service manual for a 2010 buick enclave. I bought mine for I think $35dls. Good luck.
When working on any part of the engine definitely dealing with electrical connections it is always best and smart to unplug the negative connection on the battery better safe than sorry
Lmmfao. All y'all who post vidz of doing plugs. Y'all do to much work because you don't gotta remove anything but the evap purge valve. Them you can do plugs with no issue or removal of anything
Thanks a lot. Received quotes in the $400 neighborhood. Haven't changed plugs in probably 40 years. Watching your video convinced me to set up an appointment to have it done. :)

I was thinking the same thing when I saw the Snap-On torque wrench. Maybe he had a mechanic buddy overseeing him???? However, the spark plug socket was missing magnet or rubber boot to hold plug so maybe just borrowed the tools?
Thanx! Nicely done from start to finish.

Thank you. Your video was so easy to follow.
Excellent. Thank you!
Great job. Thank You Will do same on 2011
Funciona para una 2014??
What size rubber hose fits around the spark plug for screwing in? Does it matter how tight I screw them in? I don't have the strength of a man.
Thanks for the video! Good info! Did you have any trouble reusing the intake gasket? Do you recommend a new gasket when changing the plugs?
Yes, definitely change the gasket and thank you for watching my video :)
Sorry, i have questions about. What calibration do you have the spark plugs? Do you have to program the throttle body again after cleaning it?
.043 inch gap on the plugs. They came pre-gapped and he just checked them. I cleaned my 2012 Acadia throttle body and as I recall the check engine light came on for a few cycles and then never came back on. That was about 3 yrs and 15,000 miles ago.

I agree! Thanks Daniel!

Those 3 prongs on the top of the manifold are for the plastic cover.
Alex Bothwell that's correct
Thanks for the informativ vid!..
Can u list all the tools and grease u use.thanks
sorry, i can't remembered
Hey I replaced my spark plugs on my 2010 Buick enclave and now its showing 2 misfires and it wasnt showing no misfire before I replaced them. What should I do?
Make sure wires are connected correctly z you probably have them and the wrong position
This is the same as the buick lacrosse. Except the engines are mounted reverse of each other. So you can do the front 3(rear 3 on the enclave) easily
86l s on bolts??
Where is the ignition control module located on a09 Buick enclave
how long did it take and how many miles were on the truck
There’s no need to remove throttle body
Do you have to unplug the battery before doing any of this?
Hernan Sanchez , you don't have too. But it's on the recommended it
Do you know what needs to be fixed if my factory remote start will no longer work?
im sorry , i don't
U can youtube how to reset it. Its really easy. I found that it will not work if your chk engine light is on. If it was previously on this may be the reason for the need to reset.
Tatianna Wally that’s right on the check engine light. Mine came on and it wouldn’t work. Turned the light off and it started working again.
If you have a check engine light on it wont work till you fix the issue if you clear the codes it will work
Where are the fuel injectors from this motor?
What book is that?
Haynes Manuel
What size hose?
Is this the same for 2013 Buick Enclave?
Where did you find your manual?
What side is bank 1 o2 sensor?
thanx for the video!!
jd5179 you're welcome: )
Nice! Thanks!
you're welcome
very good.
thank you!!
Your speak plug socket should have a rubber boot inside to hold the spark plug as u pull it out
A homie where is the camshaft sensor located let me know as soon as possible please thank you.
sup homie here's the link taht shows wher's the camshaft sensor hopefully will work for you. Thanks

Richard Longoria thanks for you comment, just go to AutoZone auto parts and ask them for the service manual for a 2010 buick enclave. I bought mine for I think $35dls. Good luck.
Where is ignition coil bank 2 on this engine?

Es barato la mecánica deste buick enclave, me interesó comprar
No la recomiendo
Main thing is don’t cross thread the spark plug!!!!
Útil este vídeo
where is cylinder number 1?
Muchas gracias por el video 🤙🏻
Comprate un socket para bujias q sea magnetico y asi no pasa nada
Dont you need to disconnect the battery while doing this? Asking for a friend?
When working on any part of the engine definitely dealing with electrical connections it is always best and smart to unplug the negative connection on the battery better safe than sorry
Ouwee! Looks like alot of work 😨
armando mirelez it is a lot of work 😥😥😥
Lol where do you live
Dallas tx
I live in mesquite! How much would you charge to do my 2011 enclave? ☺
armando mirelez yo estoy en Lewisville hay diras
You know you don't have to take off none of that you can just fit your hands with an extension I do it all the time on mine Lol
Your 5/8 speak plug socket should have a rubber boot inside it to hold it to come up. If not go buy a new one $5
Next time explain that you need an extended 5/8 not just a 5/8 socket 🤦🏽♂️. Back to the store I go 😡
Lmmfao. All y'all who post vidz of doing plugs.
