Create NIGHT LIGHTS on Mobile in Snapseed App | SNAPSEED TUTORIAL | NavEdits | Android | iPhone

In this Snapseed tutorial, I use common tools including Selective filters and Curves with Double Exposure to create virtual lights on a daylight image. This technique can also be used to convert an image from day to a night effect or to give a cyberpunk look.
