You can do is try and talk to him and fix it for the better. Communication is key after all. But even after that it hurts everyday. Better to let go of the rope before it chokes you. Tell him "i cant do it im not happy anymore" then youll see what he really wants. I can end up really bad as well as it can be great to rebuild the relationship. But has to be done right?. And i understand that i can be hard with the anxiety. Change seems always bad. But its not. Take deep breath relaxe and just one step at a time. You'll get there.
