When I don’t have cheese, I remove the chops and some of the juice, and add sour cream to make like a gravy to pour over the chops. Also Mmm-mm-hmm.
I do wish you had put the “trick” in this video, though, so we didn’t have to save an extra video for it. 😉
Also, it didn’t look like you scraped much of the “bits” from the bottom of the pan. How did you get them out?

Gonna cook this. Meal prepping for my week out in semi. I have always used mustard on my pork chops. Dipped in flour and fried it. I am now on keto and staying off all flour, sugar etc. ty xx 😘

I love that this is so easy to make. Looks delicious too and I just happen to have the chops in the freezer and an onion too. Now I know what I'm doing with my pork chops. One question though. What temp did u put your heat at? I will also be using my cast iron skillet.

I want to know the times between those times you say well be right back pleeeeease.... I want to make these for our family cooking day we do once a week
*_Sure! The first time about 5 minutes when I said head over to the stove but remember I have to make sure my camera and everything is set during each time. It took about 2-3 minutes each side for browning stove on med high heat. The onions will take about 15 minutes to caramelize. Once you pour the broth in it should take about 5 minutes to reduce and finish cooking the pork chops then turn it off put the cheese on cover it and let the heat melt the cheese then you’re done!
