Raina k. In order to make sure ppl don't get burned by the essential oils you should add a solubizer (20 or 80) and mix the wet ingredients together and then add to the dry. This way the solubizer ensures that the oils mix with the bath water and the EO will be well incorporated without the possibility of burning someone's skin for a lack of proper dilution
Hi Lisa :) Thanks for the great suggestion. I've never had skin irritations with this recipe (and I have sensitive skin) but if it helps others, they should follow your method!
THIS! This is when you look for the "right" thing on youtube long enough and FINALLY found a video that just explains AND shows you what you want. Easy instructions and no bs. I love it! 💙

Update: Not stupid proof. Ornaments are the stupidest mold ever. Almost 2hrs later and they're still falling apart if I breathe on them. If anyone feels like they added a good amount of water, it holds together in your hand, but nothing else, let me know? Also.. DON'T do this a week before xmas if you dunno wtf youre doing! Lol
With the spray bottle you can also use witch hazel. Witch hazel helps tremendously with sticking the powder together! I would also recommend using mica powder for a colorant. Mica is a dry powder instead of the wet food coloring. One time I used food coloring in my bath bombs and the food coloring made the citric acid and baking soda react! It was a mess....
I cup baking soda . 1/2 cup of corn starch . 1/2 cup of citric acid . 1/2 cup of epsom salt . Mix . 2 tsp of essential oil . 1 tsp light oil ( jojoba , sweet almond , grapeseed etc ) . Color / Dye with food coloring or soap colorant . Spray with water sparingly ( to not activate citric acid ) . Repeat and stir until sand-like consistency . Mold .
@@TwistedGlam Usually, if your bath bombs are crumbling, it's because they are lacking moisture. Gradually spritz the mixture with water in a spray bottle and stir until its the consistency of wet sand. Hi Raina a small question, can I use the salt we use to cook and use vegetable oil and is the essential oil optional? Pls answer I really need to know thx!🙏🏻
Hi, thanks for watching! ☺️ I recommend following the recipe exactly to get the right results. Epsom salts are a specific salt rich in magnesium, which soothes the body and relaxes muscles. Stay away from vegetable oils because they are very inflammatory to the body. I recommend using high quality oils such as almond oil, coconut oil etc. Lastly, essential oils are optional, but they provide a lovely refreshing scent in your bath! Hope this answers your questions 💗
Thank you Raina for this tutorial! I tried your DIY and I'm pretty happy with my bath bombs. I want to make more, but there's one thing I didn't fully understood. In your video, you add a few drops of food colouring to your mixes. The next image shows really bright mixes. The colours are amazing, but we don't see the part where you mix. I hoped my preparation would turn as well as yours, but the colour was pale and disappointing although I bought high-quality food colouring and used a LOT! I'm surprised to see that I'm the only one asking... What's the secret?
Voice Crispies thank you for your awesome question! 💕 The trick to colouring them is to add water (gradually), which will brighten it. If you want a deeper colour, you can add a bit more colorant, or even try mixing the colours, which I did for some. The main trick though, is mixing thoroughly for a couple minutes, to get rid of dye spots, and achieve that bright colour. (Also, my camera does exaggerate the colours, so yours may not look exactly the same) 😊 Thanks for watching!
I will try these. I've only made BB's once now, & they sank. I was afraid to use water. Most all of the others say to use Alcohol or Witch Hazel. I used Alcohol. Thanks for the video. God Bless. 💐❤️
Thank you so much for watching, I really appreciate it! I hope this recipe works for you :) Keep in mind that it may take several attempts before you can perfect it. Good luck!
How did you get the colors to blend so well? Mine currently looks like your last shot (white with specks of color) but it doesn’t seem to be blending in at all and yours goes from white with specks to full bright colors
In order to blend the colours, I used a fork, and gave it a thorough stir for a few minutes. It works best if you use the fork to crush the dye specks into the white parts of the mixture. Spraying it with some water as you stir helps a lot too. If you want, I find it most effective to mix the dye in with your hands (wear gloves to avoid staining your skin). I hope this helps! Thanks for watching ♡
Hi Cameine! I am so glad that you like them, and that you are having success making them. Tell your second cousin I like their name, hahaha :) Thanks for watching!
Thanks for sharing. I have watched some other videos that it requires water to make it stay together. From your experience, is it not necessary or it depends the humidity?
Thanks so much for watching, Coral law! From my experience the bath bombs mold best if the mixture is sprayed with water. Otherwise, the mixture is too powdery, and won't stick together.
Measuring cups are by volume not weight in the US. You should be able to find out online how much each product weighs by volume. Each item the weight will be different per cup.
Hi Paige, Thanks so much for watching, I'm glad they worked out for you! I will have a new Christmas bath bomb video soon ... so stay tuned if you are interested! ❤
Hi @Psisky, Thanks for watching :) I used the same fragrant oils in each colour, but you could totally customize it, and make each colour a different scent.
Ringo TBW thanks for watching! I’m not sure if you saw the demo at the end, but that’s how the bath bombs should turn out. They fizz, and leave swirls of colour, but not an abundance of soapy foam.
What is foaming is a chemical reaction from baking soda and citric acid. Is that what you’re referring to? There are other bath bombs that are called bath bars, same ingredients except there is a surfactant added to the process. Hope that helps.
connie2802 Some perfumes have harmful chemicals in them, so I wouldn’t recommend using any unless you’re sure it’s safe for the skin. If you do choose to use perfume, spray it during the spray bottle phase, using some water and some perfume, to wet the batch. Adjust how much you use depending on your fragrant preference. Thanks for watching!
Hi Lynsey, thanks for watching! For best results I like to let them harden in the moulds overnight, or up to 24hrs. However, for making multiple bath bombs you can take each of them out after forming in the mould, and set aside carefully to dry completely, which is usually 8-24hrs.
Hi Tameka :) If you can't use cornstarch, try using tapioca flour/starch. They are both very similar, so it would be the most suitable substitute. Thanks for watching! I hope this helped.
Raina k. Thank you, i ended up not using any substitutes for it and the bath bomb seems to work just fine without the cornstarch. I have tried a few different recipes
How long did you keep your bombs in the Moulds before taking them Out? I took mine out after like 20 min and let them dry over night and they cracked? also do you have any tips on how to slow down the fizzy my bath bombs fizz out in like 40 seconds.
It varies how long I keep the bath bombs in the molds. Usually I like to leave them in it until it dries, however if I need to reuse the mold, I take it out immediately and set it gently aside to dry. If your bath bombs are crumbling pr cracking, it may be because you are not applying enough pressure during the molding phase. If they are fizzing out too soon (ex. as you are mixing), that means you added the water too fast, and too much at a time, and activated the citric acid/baking soda. I hope this helps! Thank you for watching :)
Hi Donna :) This may happen if your mixture is too dry. Your bath bomb mix should always be similar to wet sand. Make sure you press firmly on the molds when creating the shape, to ensure the powder is compact. This should help to prevent cracks. Hope this helps!
Hi Patty, Instead of food colouring you could use soap dyes, or even natural food colouring which is derived from plant sources. Both can be purchased online :)
You can also use mica coloring which is used in cosmetics and soaps. It comes as a powder and needs very little to go a long way. You can find it at Amazon, www.naturesgarden.com, www.bulkapothecary.com, as well as many other soap supply companies
Hey Lil Le, I use Epsom salt in my bath bombs for the great benefits it provides to the body such as relieving tension and stress. I haven't tried using regular salt instead, so I am unable to tell you if it would have the same effects. If you happen to try it, please let me know how it works out! I would love to know :)
I use Himalayan salt, it's cheaper especially when on sale, I live in Europe and Epsom salt isn't easy to get - I know it's an old thread, just wanted to share😊
Hi! I was wondering if you could help? I made a batch of bath bombs but my colors were so dull , how do you get yours so vibrant?? I've been using soap colorant and I put way more in than you and they were still dull😭 I tried with food coloring too and same thing so I must be missing something.. also what size mold do you reccomend so they dont get too heavy and sink? Thanks!!
Hi Amber Earnest :) If your bath bomb colours are dull, it could possibly be a result of the soap dye brand you are using. I find I get best results using gel food colouring because it’s more saturated in colour. Maybe give that a try? Additionally, I recommend using a mold that is around 2.5 inches so that they float easier. I hope this helps! 💕
Hi Meh Meh ! Good galaxy colours are dark purples, and blues, with a bit of pink and black. Adding sparkles as well will definitely give it a “galaxy” effect. Thanks for watching 💕
Hi Sharelle, thanks for watching! I recommend using only 2 tsp. of oil, 3 tsp may make the scent too strong, and the bath bombs too oily. However, I've never done 3tsp. before, so feel free to give it a try, and let us know your results :)
Sharelle Jackson sorry, I misunderstood your question. Yes, if you want to mix all the oils together first (essential oil, and moisturizing oil) and then add it, you totally can :)
The oil's purpose in this mixture is to act as a moisturizer for the skin, but of course you could omit it. If you choose to use rose water, you will most likely not need to add in the other additional water the recipe calls for. Just make sure you spray the rose water into your mixture gradually to avoid early fizzing. Thanks for watching! I hope this helped :)
Thanks I have a freaikin school project for science where we need to demonstrate a "Chemical Reaction" but I didn't want my partner to get an allergic reaction from the essential oil
Technically, you could add the colourant to the water. However, due to only a minimal amount of water used in the process, your bath bombs will not be a very vibrant colour compared to adding a bit of colourant directly to the mixture. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching :)
Hi Brooke :) Thanks for watching, I'm so glad you like them! I only use a few drops of food colouring per bowl, as you can tell in the video, which has never stained my skin or bathtub while bathing. As long as you use just a few drops to colour the mixture, it will not stain. I hope this helps!
Hey Hannah :) Thanks for watching! All of the bath bombs I have tried making without citric acid do not float or fizz. You can purchase citric acid online from Amazon (that's where I got mine) But, if you are unable to get any citric acid, you can replace citric acid with 4 tbsp. of cream of tartar. The bath bombs will turn out more like bath melts though.
Hi Lexi :) Your mixture is most likely too dry if it is not molding together. To ensure that the 2 sides come together, make sure you apply lots of pressure, and twist your molds while forming your bath bombs. I hope this helps! Thanks for watching ♡
Hi Jennifer, Thanks for watching! Vitamin E oil would be great in the bath bombs; also I know the spoon may look large, but I used a teaspoon's worth of oil :)
If you are experiencing cracking, it might be because you are not adding enough water to the mixture. Keep spraying the mix until it is moist like sand, and molds in your hand. Avoid over watering to the point it starts fizzing or expanding. Another tip is to make sure you mold your bath bombs tightly. Leaving them in the mold to dry can help prevent breakage. I hope this helps! :)
tracy s thanks for watching! If you’re having trouble molding it, I suggest making sure your mixture is wet enough so that it sticks together if you try squeezing it in your hand. Make sure you press hard, and twist each side of the mold together when making your bath bombs. Additionally, you could try leaving the mold together for a couple hours before you take the bath bomb out. I hope this helps!! Good luck 💕
Hey Lil Le :) I've never used baby oil in my bath bombs, but I'm sure you could! In response to your other comment, I ordered a large pack of citric acid from amazon. The "Hoosier Hill Farm Citric acid" seems to be great. Here is a link www.amazon.ca/Hoosier-Hill-Farm-Premium-Citric/dp/B0187ZW9SA/ref=sr_1_24?ie=UTF8&qid=1502971154&sr=8-24&keywords=hoosier+hill+farm Good luck with your bath bomb making!
You can use 4tbsp of cream of tartar, if you choose to use cream of tartar instead of citric acid. However, using cream of tartar will not give you the same floating and fizzing effect. Your bath bombs will be more like a "bath melt". I know citric acid can be difficult to find, but you can order it online from Amazon if you're interested. Thank you so much for watching by the way! ❤
Lil Le - I find citric acid were I find the canning/ Home jarring area. It's usually next to the pectin and pickle seasoning in the store I go to. You can also get it online. I found it on Amazon.
Hey Crystal, I used food colouring from Bulk Barn. However, an alternative you could use is soap dye which can be purchased from places such as Amazon. Thanks for watching :)
I followed your step with half the ingredients for trial. Definitely we can't just remove the mold and have the bath as it falls apart. Even we put in the frizzier overnight, when we pulled apart the mold, it came into half and each half was stick to the mold.
Hi Coral Law, Sorry to hear you are having troubles. If the bath bomb is getting stuck in the mold, I would suggest placing plastic wrap along the inside, so that you can easily pull it out afterwards, or getting a new mold. Are you using a sphere shaped mold? I find that when I use other shapes like cookie cutters, they get stuck. If interested, here is a link to the one I bought www.amazon.ca/Milliard-Stainless-Diameter-Perfect-Fizzies/dp/B01G7P01DW/ref=sr_1_10?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1512832851&sr=1-10&keywords=bath+bomb+molds Hope this helps!
Thank you for your reply. I used aluminium round mold. It's freezing cold after taking out from the freezer. I don't know if the coldness has affected the texture.
If your bath bombs still aren't sticking together, your mixture might be too dry. Also, I find it works best to squeeze, and twist the molds together when forming your bath bombs.
To get my bath bombs out of the mold, all I did was twist the mold and carefully take one side off, and then the next. No freezing or squeezing was involved. However you need to ensure that your are compacting the mixture together with much pressure so that it combines into 1 full bath bomb. Make sure your mixture is not too wet because it will fizz and not combine. It will also not stick if your mixture is too dry. Its a tricky process, but the more you experiment with it, the better you'll get :) Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!
Hi Shukriyah :) I like to use a peppermint essential oil, but sometimes I use orange or lemon. TIP: you can use a scented body cream instead of the essential oil, and then omit adding the moisturizing oil later on in the recipe. Thanks for watching!!!
Hi Sohel Sohel , I’ve never used liquid citric acid, but I speculate it wouldn’t work the same if you substituted it for the crystal form. The crystals serve as volume in the mixture, so if you do use liquid citric acid, add more Epsom salts and/or corn starch. I hope this helps!!! Thanks for watching 😁
Hi! Thanks for watching :) By light oil, I just mean any oil that isn't dense or heavy like coconut oil for example (because it hardens). I would suggest rosehip oil, or avocado oil etc. Anything that's natural and nourishing for your skin will do the trick.
Thanks for the fast reply, I tried to make them and they molded well. The only problem is they don't fizz very well or float. I sprayed water on it for 30 minutes it seemed, not to activate the acid. I also added the wet ingredients drop by drop. Is there a reason they're not fizzing? Could I use hemp oil instead of water? I used coconut oil instead of what you used.
Sorry to hear you're having difficulties. I never use coconut oil because its too heavy and dense, and often results in non fizzing/floating bath bombs. I haven't used hemp oil, but perhaps it will work better. Let me know if you have anymore questions, I'm happy to help!

For the water, how much do you find on average we should put in? Thanks :)
Thank You so much😊
Cute Raina...and they didn't sink, I have a second cousin who has the same name as you.
Hi Cameine! I am so glad that you like them, and that you are having success making them. Tell your second cousin I like their name, hahaha :)
Thanks for watching!
So if you’re adding an essential oil for smell, when would you add it???
And how much
OMG I just rewatched the video lol sorry. I see when now 😅
No worries! If you have any other questions let me know :)
Thanks for watching!!!
Hi Raina, thanks for a great tutorial! Just a small question. Can you tell us how many grams is the cup that u use? Like: 1 cup = ? grams
Thanks!
Hi Sandra, thanks for watching!
I did the conversions, and it turns out that 1 cup of citric acid is 240 grams.
I hope this helps :)
Measuring cups are by volume not weight in the US. You should be able to find out online how much each product weighs by volume. Each item the weight will be different per cup.
Hi I don't have baking soda what can I use instead
This works great thx and now my sis stays out of the one bathtub haha
Hi Paige,
Thanks so much for watching, I'm glad they worked out for you!
I will have a new Christmas bath bomb video soon ... so stay tuned if you are interested! ❤
I made this recipe but my bombs didn’t float! 😢 any advice?? Also, what brand of coloring are you using? Thank you!!! 🥰😍
Did you put different fragrant oils into each colour, or same two scents in each bowl? Would baby oil work instead of olive oil, etc.?
Hi @Psisky,
Thanks for watching :)
I used the same fragrant oils in each colour, but you could totally customize it, and make each colour a different scent.
Does this bathbombs foam or not? Trying to find so they do not foam but still solves in water 😊
I have some perfume that I was wondering if I could use in place of fragrance/essentials oil, would it work, and how much to use? Thanks
connie2802
Some perfumes have harmful chemicals in them, so I wouldn’t recommend using any unless you’re sure it’s safe for the skin. If you do choose to use perfume, spray it during the spray bottle phase, using some water and some perfume, to wet the batch. Adjust how much you use depending on your fragrant preference.
Thanks for watching!
How long should I leave them in the moulds please?
Hi Lynsey, thanks for watching! For best results I like to let them harden in the moulds overnight, or up to 24hrs. However, for making multiple bath bombs you can take each of them out after forming in the mould, and set aside carefully to dry completely, which is usually 8-24hrs.
Can I use this in the toilet?
Do I have to use cornstarch...is there a substiitute
Hi Tameka :)
If you can't use cornstarch, try using tapioca flour/starch. They are both very similar, so it would be the most suitable substitute.
Thanks for watching! I hope this helped.
Raina k. Thank you, i ended up not using any substitutes for it and the bath bomb seems to work just fine without the cornstarch. I have tried a few different recipes
How long did you keep your bombs in the Moulds before taking them
Out?
Nice video. My bombs did great until I checked the the next morning and they were cracked. What did I do wrong?
Hi Donna :) This may happen if your mixture is too dry. Your bath bomb mix should always be similar to wet sand. Make sure you press firmly on the molds when creating the shape, to ensure the powder is compact. This should help to prevent cracks. Hope this helps!
what can you use instead of food coloring
Hi Patty,
Instead of food colouring you could use soap dyes, or even natural food colouring which is derived from plant sources. Both can be purchased online :)
You can also use mica coloring which is used in cosmetics and soaps. It comes as a powder and needs very little to go a long way. You can find it at Amazon, www.naturesgarden.com, www.bulkapothecary.com, as well as many other soap supply companies
What I'd I put regular salt instead of Epsom salt would it still work
Hey Lil Le,
I use Epsom salt in my bath bombs for the great benefits it provides to the body such as relieving tension and stress.
Thanks!!
Hi Amber Earnest :)
If your bath bomb colours are dull, it could possibly be a result of the soap dye brand you are using. I find I get best results using gel food colouring because it’s more saturated in colour. Maybe give that a try? Additionally, I recommend using a mold that is around 2.5 inches so that they float easier. I hope this helps! 💕
Do you know good colours to make a galaxy themed one? ^^
Hi Meh Meh !
Good galaxy colours are dark purples, and blues, with a bit of pink and black. Adding sparkles as well will definitely give it a “galaxy” effect.
Thanks for watching 💕
Thank You! This video really helped me
Can I just add 3 tsp of one of my mixtures of oils? Or would that make it to heavy?
Hi Sharelle, thanks for watching!
I recommend using only 2 tsp. of oil, 3 tsp may make the scent too strong, and the bath bombs too oily. However, I've never done 3tsp. before, so feel free to give it a try, and let us know your results :)
Raina k. You said 2tsp of essential oil and 1tsp of carrier oil. That's where I got 3tsp from lol
Sharelle Jackson sorry, I misunderstood your question. Yes, if you want to mix all the oils together first (essential oil, and moisturizing oil) and then add it, you totally can :)
Raina k. Lol that's ok. So even if my mixture has about 7-8 different oils in it, it's fine as long as I stick to the 3tsp?
Sharelle Jackson yep 👍🏻 it should work
Would it be okay if i added rose water instead of oil?
The oil's purpose in this mixture is to act as a moisturizer for the skin, but of course you could omit it. If you choose to use rose water, you will most likely not need to add in the other additional water the recipe calls for. Just make sure you spray the rose water into your mixture gradually to avoid early fizzing.
Thanks for watching! I hope this helped :)
Thanks I have a freaikin school project for science where we need to demonstrate a "Chemical Reaction" but I didn't want my partner to get an allergic reaction from the essential oil
Good luck with your science project!
can i add my food coloring to the water?
Technically, you could add the colourant to the water. However, due to only a minimal amount of water used in the process, your bath bombs will not be a very vibrant colour compared to adding a bit of colourant directly to the mixture.
I hope this helps!
Thanks for watching :)
we have an economics fair coming up and one thing im making is a bath bomb maybe and were using this recipe. thx alot!
I'm so glad I could help! Good luck with your fair :)
Dose the food colour dye your bath tub or your self?
Hi Brooke :)
Thanks for watching, I'm so glad you like them!
I only use a few drops of food colouring per bowl, as you can tell in the video, which has never stained my skin or bathtub while bathing. As long as you use just a few drops to colour the mixture, it will not stain.
I hope this helps!
Raina k. Okay thank-you
What can be a substitute for citric acid cause I can not find it anywhere in store
Hey Hannah :)
Thanks for watching!
All of the bath bombs I have tried making without citric acid do not float or fizz. You can purchase citric acid online from Amazon (that's where I got mine)
But, if you are unable to get any citric acid, you can replace citric acid with 4 tbsp. of cream of tartar. The bath bombs will turn out more like bath melts though.
walmart has some in the aisle that has the mason jars
Hey Hannah Woolworths has citric acid
You can use lemon juice
Use lemon 🍋 juice but add a little water 💦
If mine is splitting in the middle, like when i take it out of the mold is it too wet or dry?
Hi Lexi :)
Your mixture is most likely too dry if it is not molding together. To ensure that the 2 sides come together, make sure you apply lots of pressure, and twist your molds while forming your bath bombs. I hope this helps!
Thanks for watching ♡
Raina k. Thanks so much you're so sweet!!! Definitely subscribing❤️❤️❤️
Can I use vitamin E oil instead of olive and that looks lk a table spoon not teaspoon
Hi Jennifer,
Thanks for watching!
Vitamin E oil would be great in the bath bombs; also I know the spoon may look large, but I used a teaspoon's worth of oil :)
What all did you put in the spray bottle.?
Jennifer Mendoza thanks for watching!
There’s is only water in the spray bottle.
Raina k. Ok. Thnx. Ima experimenting. Thinking of making some to sale. Need to make extra cash
Can you help me with cracking? I don’t know why it is doing that and I’m not adding too much water
Raina k. Thank you!
I am having trouble trying to get it to hole together what am I doing wrong. With just the spray bottle thinking it taking to long drying fast
tracy s thanks for watching!
Good luck 💕
Also can I use baby oil?
Hey Lil Le :)
I've never used baby oil in my bath bombs, but I'm sure you could!
In response to your other comment, I ordered a large pack of citric acid from amazon. The "Hoosier Hill Farm Citric acid" seems to be great. Here is a link www.amazon.ca/Hoosier-Hill-Farm-Premium-Citric/dp/B0187ZW9SA/ref=sr_1_24?ie=UTF8&qid=1502971154&sr=8-24&keywords=hoosier+hill+farm
Good luck with your bath bomb making!
Is it ok to use cream of tartar instead of citric acid?
You can use 4tbsp of cream of tartar, if you choose to use cream of tartar instead of citric acid. However, using cream of tartar will not give you the same floating and fizzing effect. Your bath bombs will be more like a "bath melt". I know citric acid can be difficult to find, but you can order it online from Amazon if you're interested.
Thank you so much for watching by the way! ❤
It will harden. Not fiz
Where did u buy your citric acid?
Lil Le - I find citric acid were I find the canning/
Home jarring area. It's usually next to the pectin and pickle seasoning in the store I go to. You can also get it online. I found it on Amazon.
Where did you get your colorant?
Hey Crystal,
I used food colouring from Bulk Barn. However, an alternative you could use is soap dye which can be purchased from places such as Amazon. Thanks for watching :)
Any soapmaking videos?
♡♡♡
I followed your step with half the ingredients for trial. Definitely we can't just remove the mold and have the bath as it falls apart. Even we put in the frizzier overnight, when we pulled apart the mold, it came into half and each half was stick to the mold.
Hi Coral Law,
Sorry to hear you are having troubles. If the bath bomb is getting stuck in the mold, I would suggest placing plastic wrap along the inside, so that you can easily pull it out afterwards, or getting a new mold. Are you using a sphere shaped mold? I find that when I use other shapes like cookie cutters, they get stuck. If interested, here is a link to the one I bought www.amazon.ca/Milliard-Stainless-Diameter-Perfect-Fizzies/dp/B01G7P01DW/ref=sr_1_10?s=kitchen&ie=UTF8&qid=1512832851&sr=1-10&keywords=bath+bomb+molds
Hope this helps!
My mold is hard so I cant squeeze it. From the video, did you really just make it and open the mold without freezing? It sounds very impossible to me.
Its a tricky process, but the more you experiment with it, the better you'll get :)
Let me know if there is anything else I can help you with!
what essential oil did you use
Hi Shukriyah :)
I like to use a peppermint essential oil, but sometimes I use orange or lemon.
TIP: you can use a scented body cream instead of the essential oil, and then omit adding the moisturizing oil later on in the recipe.
Thanks for watching!!!
I really don't know how u handle all of that stuff i tried but didn't get the same thing
does liquid citric acid work?
Hi Sohel Sohel ,
I’ve never used liquid citric acid, but I speculate it wouldn’t work the same if you substituted it for the crystal form. The crystals serve as volume in the mixture, so if you do use liquid citric acid, add more Epsom salts and/or corn starch.
I hope this helps!!!
Thanks for watching 😁
What type of oil did you use?
I use either rosehip oil, vitamin E oil, or almond oil which provides lots of great benefits for your skin :)
Thanks so much for watching!
What oil is light
Hi! Thanks for watching :)
By light oil, I just mean any oil that isn't dense or heavy like coconut oil for example (because it hardens).
I would suggest rosehip oil, or avocado oil etc. Anything that's natural and nourishing for your skin will do the trick.
Where did you get the heart mold ?
Hi Ashley :)
My heart mold was from a used candy container. I know you can buy similar molds from online stores though.
Amazon has all kinds of molds!
How many can this batch make
Hi Kevin,
This batch makes about 5 bath bombs, of course the yield depends on this size mold you use.
Thanks for watching!
Do unwed civic acid
