This almost feels like a Truman Show scenario, where this one household lives in the city where nobody lives, but somehow it always finds people to fullfil services that household needs

I would like to mention: Living close to a nuclear power plant generally isn't an issue. Coal power plants are significantly worse for radiation--not to mention everything else.

Coal power plants output radiation directly into the atmosphere. Nuclear power plants create controllable nuclear waste which can much more easily be placed in underground vaults. Perfect nuclear power plant management is 100% safe, not the case for all non-renewables.

That house is a bit odd. The garage placement means that it basically separate the house in two and means they have to go trough the garage to go between the two halves unless there is a very odd shaped hallway in there.

There should have been some storage wars in this town
Put in a tram tack road with a tram line at the low residental area after the seperate tram track with crazy loops.
So when you are riding the tram you have to hope to not getting motion sickness and hurtig yourself at the loops.
