Pretty sure we heard the sound of him dry stunning and not shooting it. Most likely as a warning not to try anything funny since the guy was acting goofy. I didn't see any taser deploy nor did the guy shake around or act tased.

I think it's dangerous to teach people that his fictional show's way of doing things is the way bounty hunting is supposed to be done.
There are already enough wannabe bounty hunters with lackluster training and no reguard for the laws that bind them.
Kevin James It's not just his treatment of the suspects. On a few occations he's gone as far as approaching the suspect, with a weapon already drawn and pointed, and completely failing to maintain muzzle disipline...
and that silly 2 finger grip on his handgun. Not nessessarily malicious that one, just silly and pointless.
I personally feel that he should make it clear that the show is fictional so that young adults don't try and copy his horriffically bad habits.
