- Review of EXO Blackhawk Drone. Pretty impressed with the overall performance of this drone. Also happy with the help and support that is always available from the EXO team. Video has some tips and at the end is some footage I took with the drone. Enjoy!
Thanks for the video and keeping the comments on. Videos with disabled comments almost always suck.
Good tips. I like the label ideas and slowing down options (I need to try that).
It’s very helpful. I have 5 drones and of all of them, the Blackhawk overall flies the best.
Thanks for the indepth review,..and true humble honest opinion,..Looks like I may just be adding this to my list of drones to acquire,..
So far for me, its my best flying drone and I have a few. You won’t be disappointed. Wait for a sale though, they are priced a bit high right now. They go on sale frequently.
@@ciberhac Just picked one up for the very low cost of $888.00 comes with two batteries,..the site worked hard at the upsale,..love it! True experience of online sales,..how is the app? My DJI took a crap on me, that's why I am in search of another drone for the business and RUclips channel,..
The app works well I made some changes to my firmware using some of the Hubsan online firmware and I actually use the Hubsan app. But either app works. The change I made was that I updated the FC which is the flight control software to a slightly newer version and the only change I really noticed is that it does not attempt a return to home until it gets to 20% now which I like.
@@ciberhac Again,..thanks,..looking forward to having another back up on hand,..
Have you done a review BlackHawk 3 pro
Do you know how I can get replacement propeller for blackhawk 3pro
Great video carl!!!thanks much...could you please give me or help me find the mah or power for the exo drone mini pro remote?thanks...
Not sure I understand your question? What exactly do you need to know
Yes it is a clone of a Hubsan Zino Pro... but... when you think about it... In some respects they have taken a few steps backwards with their newer models. News Flash **EXO is in partnership now with Hubsan to produce a "revolutionary" new drone coming this Fall**
Thanks for the review. You're right, there's not many EXO drone reviews from unpaid uploaders. I have their Ranger Pro and it's ok but I've been considering the Blackhawk, so the review is greatly appreciated.
I have purchased every drone that EXO makes and the Blackhawk is by far their best. Very stable and reliable in my experience and video / photo quality is excellent. if you have any questions, let me know.
@@ciberhac Is the Blackhawk better than Cinemaster2? I'm trying to decide...
@@retromodernart4426 I have both and both are very solid. If you can afford the extra cost, definitely go for the Blackhawk. It has better range and a better video transmission system, camera quality on the Blackhawk I believe is better, battery life is a bit better and it has a few more features that I think are worth it. Bottom line if you’re on a budget the Cinemaster two is great however if you can afford the Blackhawk go for it. It’s the better drone of the 2
I have this drone i flew it really good but when i took it out again it only goes one direction on the right joy stick. Can u help please
Hello Elizabeth, try this. This will
Show you how to calibrate the controller.

Would this be comparable to a DJI PRO Like for professional use ?
The Blackhawk is just exceptional and I believe very on par with most of the DJI consumer drones with like specs. It is very stable once you perform the proper calibrations and takes incredibly good video at high definition. The main difference between this and a DJI drone is that DJI has a slightly more solid hover. I have also not found where you can slow down your flight controls on the DJI. I have however done this on the Blackhawk and it’s been very helpful in my flying experience to be smooth and less jerky.
Carlos have you flown your Cinemaster2? How do the camera specs stack up against the Blackhawk?
Flown my Cine 2 several times now. Actually search my channel for the review that I did on it. Blackhawk definitely has a significantly better camera however the camera on the Cine 2 is no joke. Very very decent quality and stability. If you own an EXO and you have not already joined, search Facebook for “EXO Drones Owners” group. I have several videos on there and several other members do as well.
@@ciberhac Thanks, I was rewatching your Blackhawk review and your Cine 2 unboxing did pop up as a recommended watch. Besides flying as a hobby, I do prefer having the best camera quality as possible, as I’m a photographer and cinematographer and will be using my Blackhawk for client work. I’ll be looking forward to a full review whenever you get around to it, you do an excellent job man!! 👍🏽👍🏽
How does the tracking work? Will it follow a dirt bike at 30 mph?
I have not tested it for speed but the follow me works exceptionally well. Keep in mind that top speed is about 26-27mph I’m sport mode. 30mph may be tough but should do pretty well. I tested it driving around in my car going about 20-25 and it was fine.
i will be getting my blackhawk tomorrow and will see how it does on trail. tracks got snow here
@@dustinginer69 keep me posted. Thanks!
It did okay until 4th gear and I would start losing it but when I manually chased I could cut corners and kinda keep up better
And that was a low geared 01cr125 so it probably it gonna be screwed chasing 450s btw
Can you do a flight review like when people do specs review and fly it and talk about things
I plan to do this however it’s currently 3° where I live so not ideal temperature to fly unfortunately. I have to wait till it warms up a bit
What's the distance can it go
8km which is roughly 4.5 miles. I’ve had it out about a mile with no issues however keep in mind that you have to fly within line of sight so it would be very difficult to see a drone from 4 miles away 😂😂
Porque no hacerlo en español
Have been looking at the dji fpv but want a longer flight time, and in my search came across the Blackhawk. Do you know if its possible to use fpv goggles with it?
I’ve never tried but a good way to find out would be to go to the EXO site and ask one of their pilots via chat. They are very responsive!
