These Budd RDC “doodlebugs” are brilliant! Wherever they were deployed, they were efficient and successful. Cape Cod desperately needs a small fleet of them to relieve traffic congestion on the highways.

I may have ridden that very car, way back when.
in fact, I rode the VERY LAST B&M passenger train a LONG time ago, going to a New Year's party.
Had the chance to pick up a girl, but made the mistake of guessing her age and aiming too high...OOPS.
The engine had a sign denoting the last train......

When I was 13, I got to ride from Springfield, MA to Boston and back. A friend of the family was an engineer on the B&A. Very cool day for a train loving 13 yr old. ✌
