    Hi, i like your channel. I have some questioms:
    1)-In the follow along workouts do you explain how to do each exercise in proper form e.g. the snatch or you just train?
    2)-You often mention that a kettelbell USP is it trains cardio. But cant i just train anytying eg witg dumbles or barbells or bands or machines for the same amount eg 20 minutes without stopping and get the same cardio effect? I dont get how kettelbell training is any different.
    3)-In your plus channel do you ever explain the form and do workouts for any other type of training like pull ups, rtx rows or mobility training or is it 100% kettelbell?

    Crazy workout. My resting heart rate stays at 45bpm eventhough I'm not running for 3 months. Crazy.. Kettlebell really help my heart stay pumping low heart rate. Nice

    Can’t snatch with KB. Always destroys my forearm.

      When you swing, rotate the hand: Hold the kettlebell handle pointing up-down (perpendicular to the floor as if holding a hammer before hitting a nail) not flat parallel to the floor when it is up. That way you won’t hit your forearm.
