The earthquake they're referring to happened at 3:32 AM. The electricity and quakes holds water imo , earth is absorbing energy from the sun even when you cannot see it , if you think of earth as like a big capacitor that not only absorbs energy from the sun and space , but due to mechanical forces such as tides and moving in and out , gravitational forces , we have constant slight changing shape of the planet and building up static electricity charges also , which does get discharged , as sometimes lighting we see it actually emanates from earth going upwards , on other occasions due to atmospheric conditions and even the sun we get it from the weather and clouds . Not the same reaction. What you're talking about is heat generation from friction. What they are talking about is the piezoelectric effect. It's what generates the electricity in your push button ignitors.
In my country? Golly. Here in California I've had the epicenters of 2 big quakes right under my feet! August 24, 2014 in Napa, California. It was 6.1. There were earthquake lights there at that time. They were photographed. The epicenter of the 7.2 quake of Hector Mine Quake was on the edge of Barstow California. It scared Las Vegas so badly that people came flooding out of their tall buildings. That one hit October 16, 1999 at 7.2! I think that earthquake had strange lights, but no one recorded them.
Miners have told me that cave-ins are preceded by flashes of light. I suspect it us because of static electricity caused by layers of rock separating from each other or rubbing against each other. I have seen a rock at the site of a landslip that was highly polished metamorphosed, and deeply scored by parallel lines. The energy required to do that and the extreme temperatures that would result could easily produce flashes of light by ionisation.
Dude, its literally just water vapor in the air being reflected by the sun to create a rainbow! It’s not harmful at all man! Even if it did happen before an earth quake it’s not like that happens with all rainbows.

Yep like static electricity and friction.
Not the same reaction. What you're talking about is heat generation from friction.
What they are talking about is the piezoelectric effect. It's what generates the electricity in your push button ignitors.
If you’re in an area that has underground power lines during an earthquake the lights may be caused by the power lines snapping and arching
yes because San Francisco had underground powerlines when the earthquake hit in the early 19th century. Don't tell anyone, its a secret.
I love this man I can always depend on him for facts
Bright side: Dont run away
Me in a earthquake: can i just walk away
Once again blessing us with another instresting vid,my dream is for bright side to pin my comment
OHH NAH NAH
XD
Dude, its literally just water vapor in the air being reflected by the sun to create a rainbow! It’s not harmful at all man! Even if it did happen before an earth quake it’s not like that happens with all rainbows.
this is so captivating, to think of all the possibilities that could cause it. Keep making these, they're so cool!!
Me: reads the title
Also me: WDYM???? O_o
