Great video, makes complete sense. These are what it really takes to be generally in a good space - physically, mentally and emotionally. :) I think, sunlight exposure is also a great thing that really ups our energy and wakefulness; especially in a tropical country where we are blessed with enough and more of it.

100% agree but the timing of that exposure is crucial. Early morning is ideal… and for the rest of the time sunscreen needs to be on :)

100% agree and not just the duration of sleep but getting the right amount of restorative sleep ( deep + REM sleep)
