    After i squat 1.7x bodyweight 48 hours is not enough anymore, for squat and deadlift i need 72 hours rest to keep progressing. So now i do heavy on monday and friday. Wednesday is light
    Monday : squat, press, deadlift
    Wednesday : bp, row/chinup, back extension
    Friday : squat, press, row/deadlift
    So far it works well, but Is it optimal or can i tweak something?

      Are you sleeping and eating enough? If not, I wouldn’t tweak the program and look at those factors first

    It's not a rocket science, just hard work, sweat and blood. That's hard. I'm in dig in that for over 40 y. (59 y. old fart ), but after last lockdown I started lifting ,,very heavy'' . Now I'm so close to be strongest I have ever been. Just give me couple months.

    Please how about the order of exercise is it important
    Which exercise must be first and then second then 3rd ???????

    • @thestrengthco
      @thestrengthco  2 года назад +2

      The Squat is the best to start with, then a pressing exercise will rest the lower body before deadlifts. The more advanced you get the more this will change.

    Yeah.
    That’s how muscles work.
    Sad thing that people don’t understand the value of exercising.
