After i squat 1.7x bodyweight 48 hours is not enough anymore, for squat and deadlift i need 72 hours rest to keep progressing. So now i do heavy on monday and friday. Wednesday is light Monday : squat, press, deadlift Wednesday : bp, row/chinup, back extension Friday : squat, press, row/deadlift So far it works well, but Is it optimal or can i tweak something?
It's not a rocket science, just hard work, sweat and blood. That's hard. I'm in dig in that for over 40 y. (59 y. old fart ), but after last lockdown I started lifting ,,very heavy'' . Now I'm so close to be strongest I have ever been. Just give me couple months.
The Squat is the best to start with, then a pressing exercise will rest the lower body before deadlifts. The more advanced you get the more this will change.
Love your attitude man. "This is a great window of opportunity to get your butt back in the gym". LOL so true
You have a fantastic way of explaining things.
Thanks! More content coming soon!
Great video, you explained it so well and it was so easy to follow along and understand, thanks!

Are you sleeping and eating enough? If not, I wouldn’t tweak the program and look at those factors first

Yeah.
That’s how muscles work.
Sad thing that people don’t understand the value of exercising.
BOOM!!!
is this true fr? adding some amount of weight to all your lifts every 48 hours sounds unreal!
TRY IT!
