- This week I'm showing you how to make a wonderful spaghetti with fresh lobster. Don't throw away the shells! They are full of flavour and nutrients and create a delicious sauce when mixed with carrots, onions, garlic and chilli. Bless this recipe and all of you! x

I love how Gennaro cooks relatively the same dish every time (sauté vegetables, boil pasta, add into pan, plate & garnish) yet he's so passionate and a expert chef that you almost never notice.

I worked as a waiter at a semi-fancy Italian restaurant with an open kitchen...just for a week. But it was a revelation to see how true Italian pasta sauces were constructed. The heavy red sauce stuff was not the kind of stuff I saw. It was this kind of thin sauce that is closer to a pan sauce. I've been doing it ever since!
Made lobster pasta for a special birthday and it was amazing, using this method! Yum, so glad I tried this out!

This is an awesome recipe!! I made it for my family and everyone loved it! 😄🙌🏼 I used fresh tomatoes in the stock and skipped the anchovies. I also fried some tomatoes in the pan with the lobster 🦞 to add some balance to the dish. I would definitely go out and get some live lobsters because it’s totally worth it 💯. A classy and scrumptious dish! Thank you Genaro for sharing this recipe with us 😊😊
try it with a little anchovies, it's one of the ingredients that give the sauce a kick

made it tonight, was delish. The main star is definitely the sauce/broth.... you follow his instruction to the T, you'll get that rich lobster flavor sauce. You get the sauce right, you pretty much nailed the recipe. It's so good you can pour some on anything, it'lll be delicious.
