Six kinda crowded acres with road on two sides close to both residences. There is a lot of veg on the margin, so that helps and it's in the boonies in New Canaan so it's not like there will be kids going to the mall all the time.
Kitchen is "cute" but was designed for (and hopefully not by) somebody who does not use a kitchen.
And the range looks a little nasty. Got any steel wool?
I keep wondering how people are always calling that a library.
"Royal"? I hate real estate agents.

I love the exterior! I'm not into that kitchen. I'm also not into all white. I have 5 kids, 3 grandchildren, and 2 dogs. It wouldn't be pretty for long!
