I was able to use this aid right from the start correctly. But my swing faults persist :( . Think I need an in person teacher
Coaching is always the best choice, find a coach that can help you and in turn recommend a training aid to suit your swing and correct your swing fault.
Doesn't keep you on plane at all though. You can swing all over the place and still keep the ball in your arms. Not sure what to make of this
It’s the principle of keeping you connected, not a magic swing fix, but helps with the fundamentals.
