Stephania erecta cannot be shipped with leaves from Thailand. Even if it does, the leaves will not make it as it needs sun. Mine came like that as well from Thailand and as long as you give it high humidity and sunlight, it will sprout again. Just make sure you plant the correct side in the soil.

I bought some if those Stephanie erectors a few months back from Boston and another was, I can't remember but it wasn't overseas. They are all showing growth and seem to be doing fine. They gave a care sheet and I followed it. I sat the pot, after planting the potato in a zip lock back to keep the humidity inside n if it got too much condensation I opened the bag n as it started to sprout, I opened the bag and lowered, but did not remove the bag. If you ha e any other questions, don't hesitate to contact me. Don't know if you remember me, but I bought 2 if your euphorbia ammak variegated and with pattern and you were very nice to me when I requested another with pattern and u said you had 1 left and sent it. I potted mine in an inorganic bonsai mix and put them in a humidity dome with a grow light right above it and they eventually all sprouted. Felt like it took forever! I'm glad that your plants arrived safely from Thailand. Cheers
You’ll need one if you’re buying more than 12 plants from overseas. Otherwise you do not however is recommended to purchase a phyto certificate (declaration that you are bringing the plants into the country and what type they are) along with your order bc the package will have a higher chance of being confiscated at customs without it.
Don't waste your money. I have bought one from them. It didn't have any pink on the brownish leaves and the plant itself died in two days. All the roots were rotten too.
