Hi Chris. Sorry 'bout your mother. From what I've seen, there aren't too many tickets left, but there are a couple gems about 40 rows out. Looks like a good spot for me. The weather looks good for hanging out before and after the show. It's Vegas, so be safe and have fun! Cheers!
This girl has so much Billie Holiday in her that it boggles my mind. Whether it's applying nuance, unique inflections &
vocal phrasing techniques, or a plethora of musicality elements that were invented by Billie, Angelina has mastered
them all. By doing so, and adding her own personal facets of singing, we are listening to someone that has taken the
improvisational baton from Ms.Holiday who had no contenders to match her in that category.
Wish I was going. Miss Jordan will kill it for her lucky audience. She’s just starting her pro career and very long and rocky road in the greasy music business. Hopefully she continues to have continue support from those close to her. She’s a special and rare jewel. Many many people care for her.

My wife & I are photographers and have 35mm digital cameras as well. Did you learn anything about allowing regular cameras into the show? We hope to use our best cameras for higher quality. Mahalo.
I heard, I forget where, that cameras weren’t allowed. But it is possible to get great footage with a phone; the scene of her singing “House of the Rising Sun” was shot by me on an iPhone 13 Pro Max!

There appears to be quite a few tickets still available. it may not sellout. However, the impact of the concert will most certainly elevate Angelina's career. The progression of her popularity is on pace to be what all her fans anticipate.
They’ve closed 3 sections in each show it appears, the balcony and stage right and left seats. They were available and the next day they were unavailable.

@@edwardsullivan5481 She just isn’t very well known in the US. They have only marketed these shows on RUclips and Americans get their entertainment from TV, so they aren’t reaching any new people. I have yet to ask anyone if they know who Angelina Jordan is and get a “Yes”. She should have at least gone on local TV in Las Vegas a few times and sung Unchained Melody. I bet those shows would have come close to selling out. I just don’t get it. It’s like they don’t want anyone to come to the shows!
@@edwardsullivan5481 Nobody in the US knows who Angelina is. They keep marketing her on RUclips, that doesn’t work in the US. If she had gone on local TV in Las Vegas and sung Unchained Melody, those shows probably would have sold out. I don’t get it. It’s like they’re trying to get people to not come to the shows. Americans watch television not RUclips. 200 out of 350 million people watched the Super Bowl on Television, NOT RUclips

I wish she could have brought the band from Norway. I wasn't a big fan of the New Hampshire crew.

Well, I look forward to both shows and tracking down the master videographer, Chris Walker… a/k/a “Big Angie Fan”. Have some work for you, Chris… lol. Also, there’s nothing like watching a grown man wiping tears from his eyes. Rumor is Angelina specifically scheduled her performance for leap year day. If so, I wonder why. After all, Thursday night is not what you would expect. Friday or Saturday would be more common. Any thoughts? 🤔
If it’s the same band as she had in Portsmouth then I am worried. I felt they way over powered her. The drummer sounded like he was having his own show. Fingers crossed she will get the respect she deserves. In all fairness I was told the acoustics in the Portsmouth Theatre were very bad.

«Then I’ll do something on top of that. And that’s what I’ll say!» So apparently, the orchestra leader knew nothing about Angelina’s spectacular soaring end notes until the sound check before the actual performance. That’s cheeky! 😊
So wish I could be there at the Vegas show. It’s history in the making. Fortunately, so were last summer’s concerts in Norway, which I’ll never forget.

Chris, forgot to add, i just lost my Dad at 102, so i know how tough it is to go through such an ordeal. I was his caretaker for the past 10 years.
He and i really enjoyed listening to AJ the past few years.
Her voice got him and i through some tough times.
Thx for all of the updates, I do hope they get the contrast correctly with the band this concert. She has performed in front of orchestras, and big bands before so many times, astonishing to reminisce this, and to have witnessed, literally for me, years compressed in to months on RUclips, anyway they just need to get it right, and learn from the last issues… She is just so experienced, masterclass at “I put a Spell on You” it is crazy how much the Angels have experienced and know about her, first and foremost because of her, YT, and letting all of us in on so many levels. That is as unparalleled, as her talent, truly unique, imho to the incomparable, other worldly Angelina Jordan.
Very hard NOT to get emotional just thinking about her, her music. What other artist, whose musical catalog are mostly covers, (not really, they are now owned by AJ 😎) and subsequently, has created this amazing, well deserved, devoted following. Can’t wait to see the footage. I love to think back to “Feeling Good” watching this already seasoned pro, knock that song out of the park, on TV, big orchestra, the poise, the amazing crescendo ending - Ten Years Old. If she comes to Chicago, I am there, price is no object, I will collateralize a loan if necessary 😂🙃🤣 JP

I can understand the concern about the number of band members but I think it will be fine. It’s the same number and mix as her 11 year old concert at which she had some very memorably performances such as Lovin’ You and Diamonds Are Forever. Keyboards, guitar, bass, drums and horn section (trumpet, trombone, sax). The horn section will be great if she does some jazz songs. They probably won’t play on every song, then it would just be a normal band. I’m really glad that there will be guitar this time. I was very surprised that there wasn’t guitar is Portsmouth.
You seem to be forgetting that she’s the one who picked out the members of this band

Thank you for all your work on Angelina. I always keep updated with your videos.
She used to sing with that kind of orchestra (sax, trumpet,trimbone, guitar, piano, bss & drums) in Norway's summer concerts ... so she is used to it
But, will these guys stay in the back where they belong or will they try to become a part of the show. The poster with the "We ready for y'all" ghetto syntax doesn't match AJ's style at all.

She may be a world class singer, or was as a child, but her ability to communicate with and entertain an audience is still a question mark. She has to do more than sing a song.

I'm very surprised by the title of your video because the last time I checked Ticketmaster three days ago, there were still several tickets available. Too many for my taste. Especially as I can't go, as February 29, a Thursday, will be a very busy day in my business (party catering and the like). Many people want to mark this date of leap year. I feel guilty for not being there, like I'm letting her down. Angelina has given me so much joy over the last 4-5 years with her videos from the age of 7 until now.
@flosouliere5373 Yes LV is way to far away from me and I feel guilty that I cannot attend any AJ concerts this year or next year. In order to help her and show my support I have purchased 2 tickets and with help from an American angel made a donation to a US army veterans association. Hopefully my tickets will be able to turn 2 spectators not yet familiar with her to 2 new fans.

@@flosouliere5373 I know right? from ticketmaster I just transferred the ticket to one of the Angels attending the concert (quite easy to do once you establish contact via messanger). cheapest ticket at the moment cost USD 130 (all taxes and fees included)
