Impressive, I also have a Korg X5D and despite the fact I am pretty succesful extracting the sounds that work for me in combination mode, using the existing PROGRAM sounds, the possibilities in COMBI mode if I learn how to setup and manipulate the programs the way you do, would be endless... There was some pretty analogic feel specially on your DRONE Bass. Well done... Looking foward to learning from you...Please post more videos about your KORG X5D patches.You are as talented as JAY B using the KORG X5D, you should make something with it...
I have a problem with the editor, at least as I can see, it's ment for the X5 only. I have only acces to those multisamples, no acces to MS 340 (M1 piano) or higher. Any thoughts, people?
Very nice pad tutorial! Love the sound of this synth.. I even prefer the X5(D) over the microkorg/ms2k (both of which I had the pleasure to mess around with) of course the programming is a huge pain in the ass without an editor. I wish someone would come up with an editor/librarian for IOS that'd be waaay cooler than mocking with old obscured software on some virtual machine!

Please, you can make a video about the connection between the software and the x5d. It does not work for me !!

Never tried it.. The program dates back to Window 3 and 95 but it does run on XP SP3. best just to try it.
