After he almost OD'd....he had to relearn how to rap...& his writing. His Mgr.Paul was afraid Em had brain damage from the drugs. He was in a coma for a while & it didn't look good. Doc said if Em had gotten to hospital less than 2 hours later ...Em would be dead. He's lucky af!
All the things Eminem went through that he's shared with the world ....is why he has so many fans. He's reached so many all over the world! Helped people through their own addictions....to get motivated to do things for themselves....so many things. Prob why he has the loyal "Stans"....lol.
The first two verse was written when he was in rehab, and he came out clean and finished it. I found this song in 2020, and it helped me through covid lockdown days, probably one of my fav songs 4eva

This song is a fucking vibe, mad respect to Em
Part of this was written while he was in rehab - I think it was the time after he overdosed and almost died. Careful What You Wish For is one I like with a similar vibe, showing the results of fame. Em sang a lot of hooks back in the day. He seemed to be a go to for a lot of the higher pitched ones. One of my favs is on Jadakiss' Welcome to D Block. I always liked the rawness and imperfection - not what you'd call beautiful a lot of the time but raw and powerful. His diss track hooks are legendary imo bc the mockery and sarcasm are out of this world. Nice reaction as usual :)
