Only just subbed today after seeing a short about sardines after being on keto for a week. I'd been dealing with a bit of trauma recently and my mind had been big-time focusing on living in the moment rather than dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. Definitely have alot of room for self growth but seeing this kind of content is comforting. Thanks my man, appreciate it ✊️

It's not quite the same thing but when you were talking about not caring about the result, I've been doing something similar where I'm purely focused on just improving and being the best I can be in a given area, so for me, it's becoming a better salesperson and copywriter. In theory, if you do that then success and wealth will follow. If not, the previous result can hinder you and then you get anxious and are scared of the next result before it's even happened.
Facts 💯 you are definitely in control of your actions and attitude nobody cares about you or how you feel nobody is going to believe in or understand you get out your own Head do what sucks every day regardless of weather or not you like it do not what you want to do but what you have to do hard work consistency and sacrifice is key your going to have to be willing to loose people relationships and things to be successful nothing in life is for stop caring about what others think and focus on elevating your life 💯
