My buddy talked me into this a couple weeks ago. I've been pretty well hooked since. I'm a little older now, so while I'm not new to games, my reaction times are slowing and it is taking me longer to learn how to play correctly. Videos like this give me a lot to think about, especially for how to improve mistakes made in the past games. Really glad I found your channel. Thanks for the videos.
Awesome guide thank you. TFT and the items especially can be really overwhelming for someone who doesn't play League or inherently know what a champion's playstyle identity is, so by the time I've read all the tooltips the round has moved on.
I just started playing today, so this was very helpful. All the items and stuff is still pretty overwhelming and I dont feel like theres enough time between rounds, but im still having fun, and Im sure ill get the hang of it.
Such a good tutorial. I love this game, been playing this game for years but I dont think I fully got the grasp of it yet. (Your bunny muffin guides are my go to everytime btw). That's why I thought it would be a good idea to check out this beginner video. Your explanations are very easy to understand and it really helps to understand the basic mechanics. Looking forward to check out your other videos.
Think Imma copy this comp for my first game... EDIT: Whoa. This comp works! Focused more on upgrading Sivir instead of Kai'sa. Added a Sett, too. And bro, I got first place! Thanks for this guide!
Tysm Friend I really start to love this game You helped me a lot to get better good Job your so nice and cool !!! keep going on these videos they are insane
Hit Masters last set, but have had a pretty bad start to set 11. I played a lot on PBE, maybe 30-40 games, and listened to/read guides, so I felt pretty ready to take on ranked, but haven't been doing as well as I'd expected. But I think watching this video has helped me realize that I need to get back to my fundamentals and really master the basics all over again instead of sweating up a storm minmaxing my rolls by keeping my bench full.
@@thatoneguywhoseverywhere6978 Having played several sets, the switch to and from headliners (or chosens from set 4) is the most jarring change in mechanics. A lot of fundamental skills are different, especially when it comes to knowing your power spikes
They should have atleast a good easy to understand tutorial.......... This may become tft's reason for end....... because new players may find it too complicated.........and leave it.......
i hate TFT, it makes no sense how you will be dominating the entire game then suddenly just get deleted from existence. the tutorial is so bad, too much information for a new player to league in general who knows nothing about heroes/items with the mass number of things in the game. there needs to be a simplified version with slower time to practice in.
It makes sense, tft is a game of balance between potential and actual value. Everything is a risk. If you sacrifice too much potential (gold, items etc) for an early lead without an ability to transition that's what you're gonna get, early domination and a quick 8th or 7th. If you sacrifice too little without a plan you'll just die before having a chance to spend that potential. At every round you need to assess your position in the lobby and your tactical and strategic plans and see if you need to change something or if you are fine. And with the random luck being a central mechanic every game will be different and you can't just follow cookie cutter advice, you need to think a bit on your own and you need to do it quickly. It's a beautiful game.
The only thing that will fix your understanding is experience and consistency. The guide is well laid out and states the essentials in real time. You can pause and rewind for further clarification. Just keep at it, you'll get there. All auto chess games are overwhelming at first.
Huh it had the opposite effect for me, when i did played league. project leona skin felt less special or cool when it was being used in set 3. @@emperorsascharoni9577
thanks, just played for two days and scored 7-8th place 16 out of 20 games. This is a gamble money draining bullshit, I cannot believe everyone in silver so skilled (I was diamond on release)

I feel this. I got so used to the headliner/chosen mechanic. Now my usual tempo and roll-down feels weird. Sometimes I don't know what to do 😂.
Same im too used with headliners. This is actually my first game of "normal" tft, only started last at remix rumble

Skill issue tbh

The only bad thing with this game is when everyone descovers a meta build and you see 5 dudes doing the same sheet.
weave stories fok you
How to play tft:
Step 1 Install LOL
Step 2 Uninstall
this set is fucking dogwater im done with it, so boring.
Like
I literally refuse to play it on pc, if lor is dying but tft isnt why cant it get its own client?
Dont you think it has something to do with the client? League has most of Riot’s playerbase which serves the client as free advertisement for TFT
Tft mobile is its own client 😂
TFT is made to sell league of legends skins as you can see by the champions coming in specific skin visuals every set.
Huh it had the opposite effect for me, when i did played league. project leona skin felt less special or cool when it was being used in set 3.

It’s just 7 players trying to get top combos from a tier list.
