@@oliviaswing I know! I didn’t realize it wasn’t “normal”. I’ve read Scattered Minds by Gabor Maté, Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents by Lindsay Gibson (this one covers a lot more than ADHD), and Self Care for People with ADHD by Sasha Hamdani. I’m currently listening to Women with ADHD by Sarah Davis and Linda Hill. Would love to see a video about any books you’ve read and your takeaways 😊
