Could you say how much time each practice session is good to spend on this exercise?

Hard to answer without knowing your TOTAL practice time budget. But if you are practicing 90 minutes per day, I would give 15-20 minutes to Sevcik. But if LEFT HAND is a major problem you are trying to correct, I would give 30 minutes per day, with a break (15 + 15)
