    I see that the red oil you are using is not that beautiful thick authentic red palm oil. Does it taste just as good? I ran out and bought some because I see that brand at the Asian store! Don't know which other brand to get or where to order authentic red oil from?

    do you throw away the liquid after steaming your meat?

    • @LuqishaMorais
      @LuqishaMorais  8 лет назад +1

      Eva Keys I personally like to Partially Cook my Meat before actually cooking it and adding seasonings. I don't use the water i use to parboil my meat as its just partially cooked. It's just a personal preference.

      Liline Lyma not it's not. It's called Jute leaves or Ewedu if you're more familiar with the Nigerian culture.

    • @LuqishaMorais
      @LuqishaMorais  8 лет назад +1

      fabulositybabe88 less work if there is spill while cooking. It helps a lot in protecting the stove from hard stains as well.

    Your food always looks tasty, just be careful! Too much pepper will cause you to get stomach ulcers later in life.
