Did this 2 years back. What I learned is if you have the money for the 2 piece rotors go with the trackhawk brembos if not go with the SRT brembos and the 380mm front rotor and 350mm rear rotor. Trackhawks front rotors at 400mm.
Will the trackhawk brembo fit correct on the srt rotor tho? Asking bc I have 380mm rotors now and read your comment but I need to replace my driver front brembo
@@The45WhispersI want to say yes. Are you changing both front calipers though? The difference between the calipers is the mounting holes are a little further down on the trackhawk to allow space for the 400mm 2 piece rotor. Both are 6 piston.

Hi, Thx for the awesome video Tony. The info you provided helps alot. Just got some 2016 Trackhawk Brembos for my 2018 Durango RT. Do you recommend changing the stock brake lines for this big brake conversion or is running the stock lines ok? If you do recommend changing the brake lines do you have any recommendation for any stainless steel lines?

I put the adjustable upper control arms on the back for the camber adjustment. You can see them when I’m working on the rear. Those are made by Camber King and sold on eBay. They also make a upper arm for the front, but neither one of us have them yet.
I see Bilsteins. Thought those were only found on SRT, Hellcat and R/T with Tow-n-Go. How did they end up on the Durango you're retrofitting with the Brembos?
Ok, i have a 2022 Durango R/T and want to do this conversion. Ive been watching how tos videos on it and now im a bit confused because you didn't use spacers for rim clearance and also what is it? If you know, are the Brembo TrackHawk calipers slightly larger then the regular SRT ones? Help me out. Thanks
The wheels that he had already have the proper offset. Stock RT wheels don’t. I’m not sure what the proper offset is, but I’m sure a wheel vendor can help you out. The TH brembos appeared to be the same size but I didn’t measure them.

Looks good!! I know that the Durango SRT front rotors are 380mm and the Durango Hellcat front rotors are 400mm (rears are 350mm on both the SRT and Hellcat). Did you use the 400mm one piece rotors on your Trackhawk conversion?
I used an Autell diagnostic tool to purge the abs system. This pushes air out. If you don’t have something like that, try gravity bleeding. Open all the bleed valves and keep the master cylinder full. See if that gets the air out.

The Durango SRT Hellcat and Jeep Trackhawk front rotors are both 400mm (15.7”). The 400mm front rotors are also slightly thicker. The front rotors in this video look like 380mm.
