How should I build Dehya of I want her to deal 5-digit damage?
Burst damage oriented: Emblem set is the best option imo since you need a lot ER on her to burst every rotation (around 170% 180% should be good enough, if you have a good batery like bennett or a favonius user).
Ability damage oriented: Golden troupe, classic crit-crit damage build.
C0 ATK sands, C1+ HP sands.
Burgeon/Burning trigger: Just EM.
the key to making dehya work is having 150 seconds to do the other side got it

Time doesn't fix problems. They get worse as time goes on.
There is potential to solve her issues down the line...but it'll have to be a Really interesting fix. Like how Thoma found new life in Burgeon, or Kuki with Hyperbloom.
