I'll explain. sucrose when she swirls an element, she grants 20% of her elemental mastery to the whole team and lowers the elemental resistance with which she came into contact. So having sucrose here allows Hu tao to equip an HP% hourglass instead of the EM hourglass. So having sucrose here allows you to lower the Hydro resistance of the enemies which gives more damage to Xinqiu and Yelan and allows Hu tao to have more attack

Replace sucrose with xiangling would be better because sucrose doesnt do much in this team.
She does do a lot. But you are right, xiangling would be better here.
@@lostblueboy sucrose cant swirl pyro here and with 2 hydro gun hutao and xiangling can both vape, gouba also decrease enemies pyro resistance.
