To me, I wouldn’t describe it as gourmand because gourmand to me is more of an edible vanilla. I would describe it as a more sweet and mature vanilla, perfumey note

I think you’ll like Warm Vanilla Sugar more! Both have vanilla, but warm vanilla sugar has more vanilla to my nose.
