Thanks for these videos hawking really inspires me I love being out in nature and love all animals.I often go out with my dad and his friends and watch and learn when the birds hunt😃.iv just started manning my dads ferutail(red tail cross furriginous hawk)To learn me more about the art of falconry.I hope to become a good falconer when I’m older. I think it would be quite cool to see you fly a northern goshawk one day😃.
Hey there! I just trapped my bird and today is manning day 1. I’m curious what day you moved him from inside the house to overnight in the mews or if he’s been in the mews since day 1
That's so cool, tell rip he is a very handsome bird :)
I will definitely let him know
Thanks ❤️

Good job Rip
As a pre apprentice, it's really nice seeing the manning process in video form instead of in a book or blog! Do you ever come around Durham Region?
Not really. Sorry
How heavy was him when you trap him and how much was his weight at day 21
He was trapped at 1012 and was 980 at day 21.
What do you feed him during training
Depends on what I have but mainly quail.
