On tanker vessel, steam is used for liquid cargo heating to maintain correct temperature during transportation. And also, to be used for cargo tank cleaning.

Here what i see steam regulating valve , i assume steam atomized pressure jet burner. easy for maintenance but high pressure fuel oil should be care.

Not only steam is used for atomisation, also compressed air is used when steam pressure reaches below 0.38MPa.
