    I'm Kidney Transplant & diabetic. I'm fully vegetarian. I've my breakfast @ 10 am, lunch @ 2, tea @ 4.30 & dinner @ 6.30 every day. My current stats are: Hb1ac 8.5, creatine 1.9. Kindly guide.
    I walk 17000 steps a day average
