Very good - I am a big Fan of LKY - I wish we had him in the UK - we would not have been scared of Brexit and the defeatists afraid of being "a tiny offshore island unable to survive in the wicked wide world". One tip - please don't waste a whole 30 seconds at the start of your videos with introduction etc etc.

LKY is too powerful for the Malaysian government because LKY was a lawyer before he became PM. That’s why Malaysia government kicked him out. In one of our National song was mentioned that those who said that singapore cannot make it, LOOK AT SINGAPORE NOW. It’s never a kampung anymore like most of Malaysia states with floods, road rage, rape, illegal immigrants, drug syndicate, are a never ending problems

Kampung style are much better . All are together . Helping each other . Kampung spirit are always the best . Now singapore have no kampung spirit almost every door are close and sometime we dnt even know our neighbour . Road rage , rape and drug singapore also have . We not save as people thought there still plenty of drug addict out there n worst case the youngster as earlly 12 year old took drugs . Kampung spirit we celebrate everything together . And can practice muslim religion freely not like singapore some practice cant b done

Malaysia would be a far richer and developed country today had LKY still part of the team of senior Malaysian leaders, that I won't deny. I would think Malaysia GDP per capita (US$) terms would be about US$30,000, similar to South Korea, that has advanced a lot as well in the past 30 - 40 years.

He hated caste-ethnic reservation, hated subsidies, loved meritocracy. Even MPs are selected by exams in Singapore, and MP candidates for those exams come from high quality institutes, from Singapore or America. He loved multi-culturalism, hated majoritarianism of BJP.
He was impressed with Nehru and Indira Gandhi, Nehru for his cultured thoughts, Indira for her steel. But he did not like their economic policies, especially of Indira Gandhi's, and the rampant corruption during her tenure. He thought of Rajiv Gandhi as not that competent, and was amused by Morarji Desai's Hindu superstitions(e.g. his belief in flying chariots). As a Singaporean, he loved India, but was disappointed with India as it wasted its potentials

He was a bit of authoritarian, but he kept the democratic system in Singapore, with its multiparty system. Singapore is not a perfect democracy, it does not have a completely free media. The elections put disadvantages to opposition parties in indirect ways. But still, Singapore is almost corruption free, and hates communalism/ethnocentrism.

He was a true right wing politician. But talking about majortarianism of bjp there is nothing like that. History of Singapore and India are totally different so you'll not be able to understand what has gone through hindus

He hated casteism(not just reservation). He believed in equalising opportunities instead of equalising results.(at which India failed). respect him a lot but my only reservation with him is that his historical approach was somewhat colonial maybe cause of his educational background.
