Blind people already have most of this with e.g., a phone + be my eyes / be my ai app (with multimodal chatgpt integration), and some other glasses, etc. That said, if these glasses work well in practice, they can be a good option as well.
This is very useful for WFH. You can be on a call wearing the work headset and be able to ask meta questions while on a call remembering to mute the person you’re talking to.

What they fail to tell you is that the glasses only work with a limited set of phones only from Apple, Google Pixie and Samsung. My Samsung Note10+ does not work with the glasses.
Definitely small! I'd say my face is fairly large and I'm still using a small. I've also seen grown men try the Large and they're just way too big. So unless your face is very big, go for small!

Are there any features you can turn off to increase battery life? For example, not running a Bluetooth connection. Maybe disabling the meta AI voice commands. Mostly, I'm just looking to take pictures with these and am wondering if the battery drain in standby mode can be reduced for longer use time between charges.

Ask Meta how much does Meta Quest 2 costs and it will tell you. Ask how much Apple Vision Pro costs and it says there is no price because it’s a fictional device. 🤔🤔
Try some of the questions in my video and see if it answers those. If you ask questions not in the way the AI wants you to ask, it says it can't do it. I've had that happen.

Only allowed on certain platforms like Instagram and I believe FB now. Make sure your glasses are connected via bluetooth already when you start your stream and you'll see an extra button to stream from your glasses

The meta ai is lame and the poor microphone makes a call impossible. Waiting for the multimodal features. Other than that these are a nice piece of hardware but is not there yet

The Meta AI advanced features is currently only available in the US in Beta atm, like asking questions

Yes you can use a command or press a button to read the most recent comment. However if your chat is moving fast, you wont be able to hear all of it

If you have a larger nose, the mic is too far causing mic issues. Update your software and that enables all the surrounding microphones

No it sounds great to me compared to the stories it’s a major upgrade and the sound is crisp.
