I am amazed at the amount of dimensionality that you were able to convey with the petals, even in just the pencil sketch. It really helped me make sense of the structure of the flower!
I’m worse than you Emma... little to no patience for drawing all those petals never mind outlining in pen or all that shading!!! What’s that old saying “you’re the bomb”. Well, you are all that and more! Beautiful, beautiful work Emma!
Emma you make it look easy! The mum is a flower that I have struggled with in watercolour. Great work, love your style, Thank you for your time and talent!
Chrysanthemum, carnation, Dahlia, and marigold all look alike to me. The stems and connection to the stems and the leaves seem to help me tell them apart easier.
That flower kicked my butt yet you made it look so easy. I definitely need to redo it and take my time. Someday maybe I’ll be able to draw those forshortnened petals as easily as you seem to be doing. I agree mine look like bananas that have been squashed
Stunning!
This may not be your favorite flower, but one would never know. You do absolutely stellar work! So beautiful!

Emma I cant thank you enough for teaching me how to paint with watercolor thru this covid nightmare :)
Brilliant! I'm with you about the drawing - prefer the painted version - both doing it and looking at them.
Great tutorial... beautiful 👌👌
I always think of Anne and Gilbert at the spelling bee 😂 "Chrysanthemum: C-H-R-Y-S-A-N-T-H-**E**- M-U-M."
inspiring. I will try this on Saturday. Thank you for sharing Ms Emma.
You take such good care in your work. I learn more each time 👍

You're awesome. For some reason this video was in my notifications. I watched it the whole way through even though I can't draw lol.
Beautiful as always! Think I’ll skip the drawing and get right into the painting!! 😉💛🧡❤️
Haha my three year old is asking if those are a bunch of bananas then she said at the end OH ITS A FLOWAH!!
😍😍😍
Hi Emma! I’m wondering if you will be doing some watercolor Christmas cards?
I will!
Nice video:)
Not the easiest, but great. Thank you.
Nice. Too bad you don't like them because Fall is your favorite season.
Emma, I’m blown away. That was amazing!
