I remember one of the coolest things about KH was that they managed to get a surprising number of the original voice actors from the movies to voice the characters in the game. Also, Sephiroth - KH2 - do you think someone should warn Ellen or let her discover the rage-quitting fury for herself?
Now I don't want to get overly mushy here, but I just wanted to thank you guys for making these videos (show of the weekend in particular). The past few months have been a real struggle because of a health issue I'm dealing with and it's made life a little sad, but every time show of the weekend pops up in my notifications i can forget about all of that and spend half an hour smiling and laughing with you guys. I just wanted to say thank you for bringing a little joy into my life every week, and I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. Keep on doing what your doing guys, stay awesome... Ah man, that DID get mushy didn't it? If you guys could upvote this so the team sees it that would be amazing, I really would love for them to know how much of an effect their videos can have.

Hearing Ellen talk about kingdom hearts gave me such a nostalgia rush, seeing as it was the first game i'd ever played. Now I am sitting in my pyjamas listening to a 1 hour loop of the main menu music.
I'm approximately 13 minutes in and just want to say that this bought back a flood of memories from my childhood in which I couldn't beat kingdom hearts and my baby sitter allowed me to copy his save file and I messed around with a 100% save for a loooooong time before I grew up enough to play it through myself

I borrowed my sister's copy of 1.5 HD remix and I spent SO MUCH TIME wandering around the Tarzan world, because I had absolutely no idea where to go. I'm pretty sure I went in a circle for like 2 hours, at one point... If only I were smart and looked up a guide...

The whole "where do I go?" issue is only a thing in the first game; the sequels are much easier to navigate. Not to mention the gummi ship sections become significantly less "joyless", as Luke so adequately put it. And "Aerith" is the one who's alive in KH, "Aeris" is the one who's dead in FF VII. You can remember it as Aeri"TH" gave ol' Masamune the slip of the tongue, and with Aeri"S" think of the 'S' as a slicing sound.
Not just JRPGs are big. The time I found out that you can zoom out and scroll on the Kingdoms of Amalur map I almost got a heart attack. Just compare JRPGs to the game you like so much (and Luke should as well because it is amazing)

There's a trick to Cerberus, when he's charging that bloody annoying flame mine breath thing, run around behind him and jump onto his rear leg then up onto his back. Wait for him to finish attempting to fire ball you even though you're behind him. Then jump down and fight him when he switches back to biting.
In the "espionage thriller" poster, Ellen is clearly the quirky but brilliant R&D lead that keeps bringing a cat to the office. It's not even her cat, she just finds a different one every day or so.

Not just JRPGs are big. The time I found out that you can zoom out and scroll on the Kingdoms of Amalur map I almost got a heart attack. Just compare JRPGs to the game you like so much (and Luke should as well because it is amazing)

There's a trick to Cerberus, when he's charging that bloody annoying flame mine breath thing, run around behind him and jump onto his rear leg then up onto his back. Wait for him to finish attempting to fire ball you even though you're behind him. Then jump down and fight him when he switches back to biting.
