I feel like I've watched these install vids 100 times , finally just yesterday 1/16/2018 I ordered my HyperPack bundle for my 2016 CBR600RR which when ordered together with the Toce exhaust it includes the integrated tail light, flash relay ,halo turn signals , fender eliminator license plate bracket with led light if you choose to install they also have a install vid for that, getting ahead of the situation I just tore down everything that's going to need to be removed for a faster install once it's arrived I can't wait . TOOLS I used included a 12mm socket for exhaust,10mm socket for other bolts , 8mm open ended wrench for the stud holding heat shield by the brake reservoir, a 5/16 Allen wrench for rear sets studs and a 3/16 Allen wrench for fairing studs and other studs that will need removing. I appreciate you guys at TST Industries for the install vids and support that comes with your products
Tyrone, Thank you for that message sir. We shared your message with everyone here in the office. You gave us a great start to a new week. We are so glad that you are enjoying the parts you got from us and that the video helped you out. Thanks again. Bart

The sound of this exhaust is unique an amazing. This audio sound at 14:14+ from this video does not give viewers the full effects. Hearing this exhaust in person will make you grin from ear to ear. Exhaust notes from 8700 RPMs and above make my CBR600rr sound like no other on the roads.
@Spencer S That heat shield is there for the rider's safety. If you decide to remove it please consider the fact that it will be easier to get your leg burned by the exhaust. The fairings will remain unaffected.
Take out the bolt on the lower fairing by the heat shield, makes the shield slide out easier. Also a greasing the pipe to get the canister on makes it easier, only a very small film of grease though. If you don't have spring pullers a decent pair of pliers works. thanks for the video
Hi!Greatings from the UK and thanks for the video! While the new exhaust looks slick and sounds awesome,I m slightly worried that uv removed all of the heat shield! How does that affect the riding comfort?(don't u fry ur legs at some point, so to speak)Moreover, doesnt the heat from the pipes affect the taillight(possibly melt it)?Thoughts from anyone. running that set up appreciated!
TSTindustries I bought your guys license plate light and have a toce exhaust on my 2014 cbr600rr thst I also bought from you guys. I have the mount right under the canisters but am afraid the license plate wires will melt between the canisters as it’s the only clean way to install the license plate wires between the canisters and thread the wire under the rear tail. Will this melt my wires and should I wrap them with electrical tape that can handle 200 degree heat?
It's a good video Follow step by step and easy process. The only thing I had problems was with the exhaust and the mid pipe. It just doesn't "wiggle" in there. Had to sand it down. No wonder why the video cuts.
You may be mistaken about the video cutting. These parts are not manufactured by us and we have no stake in obscuring the details of installation. If anything we work diligently to expose any nuance that may be pertinent to successful installation. From time to time Toce will roll out with a canister/midpipe combo that has very tight tolerances and then if this exhaust is purchased through us we help the customer resolve the issue.
will this pipe work on my 2013 with the fender eliminator kit of yours? Have the eliminator kit to install now, but I will get this exhaust in the future. And will not reinstalling the heat shields give off extra heat? Thx for the really great vids, very well done..
Thanks Ronald. The fender eliminator should work without a problem with the Toce exhaust. If you install your fender eliminator around the stock exhaust chances are you will have to adjust the placement when the Toce pipe goes on just to make sure there aren't clearance issues. You will not need any additional parts though....just a placement adjustment.
I just bought this and the black powdered coat pipe. I cannot for the life of me figure out where the springs go. In this video you have the hook for the springs on the bottom part of the pipe but mine is on the top and has nothing to hook on to on the muffler part. I ordered the 07-21 toce slip on and i have a cbr600rr 2009. please let me know what im doing wrong when you can. Thank you.
We have that new video launching late next week. It is very detailed as always, an this time the installation is on an 07-12. The installation on the 13+ is pretty much the same except for tail fairing removal. The 07-12 and 13+ have the same subframe, same location of header outlet, same heatshield configuration, and the same rearsets. So the installation is essentially 95% the same between the two models. Anyhow, the 07-12 600rr Toce installation video should be up in a few days.
Snow Man The video you were requesting is up. Please follow this link for 2007-2012 600RR Toce exhaust installation ruclips.net/video/dLyJBTOMl-M/видео.html
Hi Tst! Just put the t slash for my 2019 cbr600 and it sounds great ! I noticed that the video shows the exhaust springs on the botton while my exhaust has them on the top with isolaters. I remover the rubber isolator in fear of them melting. Also I can’t quite get the mid pipe 100% flush with the catalytic converter when i go to mount the t slash to its mounting points since this raises the mid pipe and makes the rear section of the mid pipe come off the header just a bit. Should the mid pipe sit 100% flush with the cat or is that small gap normal when you mount?
There is a bit of tolerance in each midpipe, even on the OE system. This is why the OE system has a carbon fil layer gasket and a flared out end. For this Toce installation you can rely on the clamp to make sure there are no leaks since the end of the midpipe has slices though it. I would recommend taking off the canister mounts up top when you are ready to fasten the midpipe and have someone hold the canister in place. You can wiggle the midpipe onto header a bit better and then clamp it down, and then re-connect the canister to the subframe. The top mounted springs were something Toce did at our request because we manufacture a fender eliminator that screws to the servo box and the old spring location caused interference. They made this change to the exhausts after we shot this video. I believe that the rubber sleeves on the springs are made of a material that does not sustain damage at temperatures seen on these exhausts, but if you don't have them over the springs there are no adverse effects to your installation.
Do you guys have a video for an 07-12 cbr600rr? I just bought this exhaust for my 09 CBR600RR and the instructions provided are not helpful what so ever. Thanks!
JustinRR I apologize, but we do not have a video for that set of years. If you are having issues, you can email us at Jasonr@tstindustries.com. Thanks.
I just check your website and want to buy Toce T Slash exhaust but it is out of stock. When can we find it in your stock, please let us know about that.
If the factory could keep up with our demand we would have them available. The amount that they can fulfill per order come in and are gone in two days....then we wait another 2-3 weeks for the next little drip. I wish I had better info for you but we are at the mercy of how fast they can supply us. If you want to be notified via email when they are available there is a button on the product page on our site where you can activate that. You will get a one time notification when the exhausts are in stock. Just know that a lot of people are going to want to buy them so if you really want it you will have to be quick.
Hmmmm...how do I respond here? This is clearly an installation video showing all the components being installed on the bike. If you watched the video then you saw the midpipe and canister being replaced. That makes the installation a cat-back, or slipon. The only thing that is left is that maybe you don't know what slipon is yet and that is fine. Yes, this is a slipon exhaust installation in the video.
We replenish stock as fast as we can. The demand has spiked this year and supply is very slow. As soon as some go up on the site they all sell within few days and then we wait again. We have a button in each product page where you can sign up for notification when the part is back in stock. If you drop your email there you will get a one time notification so you can grab your exhaust when they become available again.
Can you explain the heat shield thing? I'm confused if I keep the heat shields on and just install exhaust or do I take them both off and leave then off ? Or take one off and leave one on? Please explain briefly what you did. Thanks
@@TrickRacing I took my heat shields off and left them off. I like the look of the bike without heat shields better and I don’t notice a difference in heat on my leg without them on. It’s just a personal preference.
Hi,i installed your exhaust a few moths back on my 2013 600rr and i just noticed that the bracket for the springs is on top of the exhaust pipe instead of the bottom, so the springs are on the top of the pipe. did toce change the design or is mine just different? lol
I just installed Toce hyperpack but lm starting to notice a vibration in engine when slowing down and a sence of skipping also when slowing down. What do you think?
We would need more information to better assist you on what the problem could be. Would you mind sending a message to support@tstindustries.com so we can get more in depth and expound on the problem you are having.
Hey TST! I just ordered the bundle for my 600rr, and I have one question do I need to add the underneath heat shield back? will it burn my new taillight or passenger?
On our installs we typically removed the heat shield but that was our option. You need to consider the fact that your midpipe is still somewhat exposed if you remove the shield, and therefore more likely to have someone make contact with it. I would say that you should go with what you feel is the safest way.
OK. I am concern about two things. First, the volume level. I don't mind the sound myself and street legal issue., but when I read some reviews that you need earplugs to handle this sound, it makes me wonder. Second, heating. I am riding often with the passenger thus, I am worried about my girl's legs. Also, looks like you need some drilling in this side heating shield to have it installed back (for this screw at 12:25). Anyway, I will probably need to purchase it to find out the true, so yes, I am buying it and will get back to this comment later on to review my concerns.
if you leave the heat shields in place your girl will be fine. No drilling is necessary to remount the heat shields. As far as the sound goes, it is pretty loud.
You have recently sent this exhaust to Poland. That was me. I am really satisfied ! I just went through the installation. Maybe someone will find useful two additional tips from my experience: 1. disconnecting this OEM mid-pipe is really hard. I was struggling with it over 15 minutes. And then I just unscrewed the heating shield (the one you remove AFTER disconnecting the exhaust) and it became very easy to take exhaust off. I think that at some point heating shield blocks the exhaust to be removed smoothly. In this case, it maybe difficult to remove this screw located behind a passenger peg but it is possible. 2. I have no idea how were you able to grip that TOCE pipe clamp so easy. I had to support myself with adjustable spanner to do that. Everything fits so tight that at some point you start to wonder "is it for my bike?" But I have it installed now! Thanks! I will prepare some detailed review soon. BTW: TST Industries customer focus is great ! I defiantly recommend you to anyone.
If you navigate to the product page there is a stock availability email sign up. We have a standing order with Toce for these. The factory can't keep up with our demand. Whatever they deliver sells quick and then we are waiting again. If you get signed up our system will send you an email as soon as the exhausts are in stock. Nothing else will be emailed to you so you don't have to worry about spam.
@@TSTindustries okay great. Has toce updated their slip on to be correctly fit to the 2013-2020 CBR 600rr . I know in this video back then you were the only company who has the correct mounting and lower system for exhaust to fit properly. Has toce took your design if so I could order it from them. I just ordered fender eliminator and flush led red halos turn signals and license plate led from you guys.
Sorry to hear that. We do not sell Two Brothers here, and have limited experience with that brand so I don't think I can be very helpful with any tips.
+paul woods That is a pretty complicated question. I will try to answer with as much info as I can and let you decide on the pros and cons. Both manufacturers' solutions are much dissimilar in design, materials, and manufacturing methods. With Akrapovic you can get exotic materials like titanium and carbon fiber. Toce has only one aluminum variant for the canister but with a truly unique design. The weight of both exhausts is not that far off from each other, saving pounds over the stock Honda unit. Both are very free flowing designs. There has not been a comparison of the power made by these two exhausts as of yet, but we have something up our sleeves that we will likely launch in the spring. Pricewise, you can get a Toce on your bike at about 2/3 the price of an Akrapovic slipon. The Toce does not exist as a full exhaust, whereas the Akra is available in the full version if you have the money. Trying to explain the sound differences would be very difficult as everyone hears these things differently. I may like the Toce better and you may like the Akra better, and we will never convince one another otherwise. Sound is pretty much right there in the same department as the look of the design...it is very subjective. The bottom line is that most street riders do not use their bike in a way that requires more power because they don't ride the bike to its full potential. They change the exhaust mostly for the different look and sound, customized to their liking. I never see these guys going the distance to change the right parameters and get a proper dyno tune. The sound gets louder and that causes them to think they have more power. If you are not one of these guys and want to go the distance I would propose that you go with a full exhaust, a proper racing air filter, fuel management, and a dyno tune from a reputable race shop.
We have shipped many deliveries to Dubai and other Emirates. I think Qatar should not be a problem but that question is best answered by our support department on our website. If you tune your bike after installing the exhaust then you can get results you will notice. The exhaust by itself does not give you any significant gain in power and torque. I think you should see the Dyno video we made with several exhausts on a 600RR without tuning.
@TSTindustries is this exhaust legal in europe especially in germany ? Do you deliver any approval papers with it ? And how loud is the exhaust in dezibels with baffles in ?
+UsP_Gaming There are no certifications on these exhausts for European countries so we will not be able to deliver approval documents. How loud the exhaus is depends on the method of measurement but you can expect the result to be between 100 and 105 dB
Four acorn nuts on the inlet side of the canister. On just a slipon exhaust the baffle removal doesn't really yield much of a flow difference so it should be safe enough for the motor. The sound is really crappy though. It is just an unrefined straight pipe sound.
It is not 100% essential but if you want an actual power gain then a better flowing air filter and a power commander with a proper dyno tune will be your ticket.
Does anyone know anywhere I can buy one of these in the UK? I really want to get one but I can't find anywhere that will supply it here... Appreciate any advice.
I doubt there are any distributors in the UK that sell this exhaust. We do ship international so you can always go with the company that just supplied you with the installation instructions. tstindustries.com
Yes we will be making an installation video for that product, however, the best way to get updates on new or upcoming products is to follow us on Facebook or Instagram.
It is the TST Industries one that you can see in this video: How to Honda CBR 600RR: 2013 2014 Fender Eliminator Installation It also has the TST Industries Integrated Taillight. If you cruise the Honda subchannel within our RUclips you will see a bunch of videos for parts for this bike.
You can leave the servo in there without the cables so technically you do not NEED a servo buddy. If you want to remove the component that no longer serves a purpose then you would need the servo buddy.
It is not necessary due to the fact that this is a slip-on exhaust system. However, to achieve any real performance gain I would recommend getting it dyno tuned.
+Harley Our site is currently down for maintenance. If you would like to order the TOCE, you can email our support at Jasonr@TSTindustries.com - He can send you an invoice and get your order going.
Sorry, we have not made those for anyone but our shop ....but this is actually a good idea. I will discuss it with the team and see if we want to make a few for sale.

Extremely unlikely unless you have an exhaust that doesn't dissipate heat properly or a serious exhaust leak.

You have recently sent this exhaust to Poland. That was me. I am really satisfied ! I just went through the installation. Maybe someone will find useful two additional tips from my experience:
1. disconnecting this OEM mid-pipe is really hard.
Could I put this on my bike and still keep the stock fender and heat shields on the bike?
Jorge Del Rio yes you can
Thanks!!!!
Please let me know when these are back in stock brotha ! I will buy one and attempt to do what you just did!! Thanks @TSTindustries
Man I should have gotten the toce exhaust over the two brothers for my 2015 cbr 600rr. Having issues with the two brothers mount brackets
Sorry to hear that. We do not sell Two Brothers here, and have limited experience with that brand so I don't think I can be very helpful with any tips.
@@TSTindustries now I know why I'm having issues. I need the lowering bracket, just ordered it from you guys
hi tst, i was just wondering whats your opinion on Akrapovic evolution exhaust vs toce?
Does it increases the horse power ? Do you ship to QATAR?
We have shipped many deliveries to Dubai and other Emirates. I think Qatar should not be a problem but that question is best answered by our support department on our website. If you tune your bike after installing the exhaust then you can get results you will notice. The exhaust by itself does not give you any significant gain in power and torque. I think you should see the Dyno video we made with several exhausts on a 600RR without tuning.
Here is the link to the video I mentioned. ruclips.net/video/aUw3MKLHVHs/видео.html
Where is side light?
How did the license plate go in ?

Do you guys have a link for the lower link for this I can buy?
Why do you need an exhaust lowering link kit for the 2013+ 600RR?
TSTindustries I don’t need one?? I’ve tried everything to get this pipe to fit. Bought this pipe used.
Do I need to replace heat shields?
Do you need a tune for this?
No as it's only a slip-on system.
TSTindustries thank you
Do you have to buy the mounting kit separately?
No, it is included
@@TSTindustries thanks guy ordered one from you on Friday can’t wait to get it
@TSTindustries is this exhaust legal in europe especially in germany ? Do you deliver any approval papers with it ? And how loud is the exhaust in dezibels with baffles in ?
+UsP_Gaming There are no certifications on these exhausts for European countries so we will not be able to deliver approval documents. How loud the exhaus is depends on the method of measurement but you can expect the result to be between 100 and 105 dB
+TSTindustries thank you for your help 100db would be in the tolerance :)
Isn't it illegal to mod the exhaust in Florida?
The laws pertaining to exhaust differ from state to state so you would need to check your state laws to determine legality.
@Tst may be an old question, but how can I remove the baffles for a louder exhaust, and will doing so adversely effect my compression/performance?
Four acorn nuts on the inlet side of the canister. On just a slipon exhaust the baffle removal doesn't really yield much of a flow difference so it should be safe enough for the motor. The sound is really crappy though. It is just an unrefined straight pipe sound.
Will you need a power commander with that exhaust
It is not 100% essential but if you want an actual power gain then a better flowing air filter and a power commander with a proper dyno tune will be your ticket.
Where can I get a ratchet like that one. I like the ratcheting screw driver type action of th e handle.
You can look around for the Stanley Rotator Ratchet. It is the same thing as we use but from a different brand.
Hi mate
Does the back heat shield must be removed tho fit the toce exhaust on??
It isn't necessary. The exhaust fits just fine with the heat shield in place.
Im gonna order the toce exhaust for my honda cbr 600rr 2014 and im wondering if you guys have an undertail for it.
Not at the moment but we are definitely working on creating one for that year cbr.
How will i know when you guys have it ready will there be a video on it?
Yes we will be making an installation video for that product, however, the best way to get updates on new or upcoming products is to follow us on Facebook or Instagram.
TSTindustries what eliminator kit does the bike in this video have?
It is the TST Industries one that you can see in this video: How to Honda CBR 600RR: 2013 2014 Fender Eliminator Installation
It also has the TST Industries Integrated Taillight. If you cruise the Honda subchannel within our RUclips you will see a bunch of videos for parts for this bike.
Do i need a servo buddy with this?
You can leave the servo in there without the cables so technically you do not NEED a servo buddy. If you want to remove the component that no longer serves a purpose then you would need the servo buddy.
is dyno tuning necessary after install?
It is not necessary due to the fact that this is a slip-on exhaust system. However, to achieve any real performance gain I would recommend getting it dyno tuned.
TOCE 💪👍🔥
Is the lower heat shield not needed?
Stephen Lawrensen Most people leave it in place for safety reasons. On this particular bike the owner did not want it reinstalled.
+Harley Our site is currently down for maintenance. If you would like to order the TOCE, you can email our support at Jasonr@TSTindustries.com - He can send you an invoice and get your order going.
When will this be back in stock
Should be later this week
can this be installed with a stock rear fender?
Yes, without a problem
very well explained Thanks
Cool. You're welcome.
But unfortunately this bike is not available in India. 650 F is available. Why Honda can't launch 600RR in India????
That's what I call an eargasm
David Zavala what does all this mean?
I don't know sorry I must of typed it in error.
Good job!!!
+McNally Prendergast Thanks.
What tools are needed for this installation?
Marcus Brown You will need allen wrenches, socket wrenches, a box wrench, and a spring pulling tool.
I would love to buy a TST banner like the one on your wall and put it in my bike garage. If you sell them reply, if not thanks.
Sorry, we have not made those for anyone but our shop ....but this is actually a good idea. I will discuss it with the team and see if we want to make a few for sale.
@@TSTindustries thanks that would be cool
should show what tools are needed for installation
This is an old video but we have started to show the tools needed in all our current installation videos.
